Hotel is quite good for that price. Interior is spartan as we expected from such type of hotels. Room was cleaned every day. The district of the main railway station, where the hotel is located, is dirty and noisy, but if you're not going to spend all your time in the hotel, it's quite OK. Since we used trains quite often, the location of the hotel suited us just fine. In general I would recommend it for city trip rather than for leisure.

Good inexpensive place to stay close to railway and bus station and on bus route to airport but is up three flights of stairs and there's no lift. Surroundings are a bit shabby

Very good position near the rail station, and the ethnic room was nice. Bed linen and towels were not perfectly clean. A good relationship price/quality anyway.

Surroundings near the station is not the best, but all the rest is ok and clean. If you want save your money and never mind a luxury hotel this place in perfect. Per gli italiani: mi sono trovato bene, è pulito, non c'è casino e costa il giusto. Le camere sono simpatiche e il bagno è piuttosto comodo. Contando che simm' a Napule, niente male! Ciao

We stayed here two nights for the purpose of using the hotel as a base to visit Pompeii, for that purpose it was fine. It is extremely close to the train station and within walking distance of many good restaurants. Eat at Da Michele, their pizza is the best. The rooms are a bit noisy, though, and the common areas smell like smoke.

Helpful stuff, they can speak english relatively well, location is close to the train station, room was a little small, but fine for 1 night. Hotel is like a flat with several rooms. The way from the station to the hotel is not the nicest in the evening. In general the hotel is Ok, and safe!

The hotel is close to the station, so the area is not attractive - all downtown Napoli is a bit frenetic. But, it is close to a safe-feeling road and the hotel itself is excellent value for money. There are new, freshly decorated en-suite rooms being opened soon. We saw them and were impressed. The staff are friendly and we were pleased to stay there.

the location is ok, not a beautiful or completely safe area but it is very close to the train station and the historic area. the staff is cold and sometimes rude if you consider the kindness of the italians from the south! But they have a cure dog! note that they are at the 2nd floor (almost 3rd), but they have a "hidden" elevator, and they just let me know at the checkout day!

It was just as advertised. Easy walk from the train, 2 blocks from the airport bus, very clean and quiet. Great deal for the money.
