This hotel is a gem, very near the Archaeological Museum and beautifully situated and maintained. Accessible by metro from the main train station or fairly inexpensively by cab (10.50 euro).

We loved the hotel, beautiful and very special the inside court with the pool, especially in the evening. Very clean and quiet. We loved the top roof terrace and long chairs and tables, also the free lemoncello we could enjoy on the terrace:-) The bed was great! I highly recommend this hotel. The key is to get a bedroom on the upper floors with the garden view! The staff was very helpful, breakfast was also great! Very special place to stay ... Isabelle

We (family with two teenage children) very much enjoyed our stay. A great central location in easy walking distance of many sights, but quiet inside hotel (set well back from street). Staff very welcoming and helpful. Attractive roof terrace and gardens, stylish public rooms, good breakfasts. Would warmly recommend - an oasis in a fascinating city.

The hotel was difficult to find on a dark and stormy night - behind two locked gates and at the back of a dark courtyard; but once we got in, we found a beautiful, clean and safe retreat. One room had a window facing the back street and was a bit loud late at night (it was a holiday); another room faced the courtyard and was very quiet. Free wifi worked well. Lots of yummy breakfast choices. Location very convenient for museum and old part of town. Would certainly stay there if I am ever in Naples again.

I booked a suite and was unaware that it was a two floor layout - quite inconvenient. The upper level was a sleeping loft that became very hot. When management tried too operate the a/c, it only produced more heat. As it turned out the a/c was off for the season. Obviously the technician was unaware of this. You could not open a window because of the street noise. So we switched rooms where the heat had not been on and it was more comfortable. But when I decided to take a shower, it was not operating and the diverter valve handle came off in my hand. And 4 euro for a tiny bottle of tonic was beyond belief. Maybe the rooms facing the interior courtyard would be better, but stay away from the suites. They did accurately give me a 4:30am wake-up. Never sampled the breakfast and they would not provide coffee before we left a 5:30am. They were loaded with apologies, but not service.

Shower: not able to mix the hot and cold water. could use cold alone or hot alone but not combined. No water pressure. Saw a few bugs crawling on floor in bathroom. No A/C or ventilation. Staff said it was broken and it being Sunday could not get it fixed. We left on Tuesday and it still wasn't fixed. Great location. Staff polite.

Not easy to find if you arrive late at night and the gate is closed even if your taxi drops you outside. However, it is a good location and very quiet and we would stay there again.

This is a lovely hotel, excellently situated for sightseeing. It was like walking into a little oasis off a reasonably busy street and the outdoor swimming pool was lovely to relax in after a hot day visiting the local sights. Service was always very friendly and our family room was very stylish on two levels.

Really nice hotel. Best location in the city, convenient for everything, old town atmosphere, just up from Piazza Bellini, which is the perfect balance between the general madness of Napoli (in a good way) and the calmness of a shaded square. Staff helpful. Hotel was peaceful and quiet at night. Recommended.

The Costantinopoli is in a great location and extremely secure hotel. We upgraded to a double superior. The room was wonderful with our sitting area downstairs and bedroom upstairs. English is not strong with some front desk employees.

Guidelines how to reach the hotel are poor. Difficult to find as there is no sign at the road, indicating the presence of a hidden hotel. Once there it is a good place to stay, though.

This was our third time to Naples. We only stayed two nights after a week in Rome to take our children to Pompei/Ercolano and see the archaelogical museum, hence our choice to stay in the center (as opposed to the Posilippo as before). The location is very convenient, one stop by subway from the train station and 20mn by cab from the airport. The museum is a 3mn walk, the old port 15mn, Naples' best pizzas and gelati are just around the corner. This hotel is hidden inside an old palazzo's courtyard, and is a marvelous little oasis of peace, color and charm suitable for families as well as couples. Particularly pleasant was the public area where tea was served in the afternoon in front of a fireplace, providing a welcome rest after a day of sightseeing. The staff was courteous and helpful with directions and dinner suggestions and reservations. The breakfast buffet was varied, plentiful and excellent. Obviously we must return to Naples to show our children the rest of this wonderful city, and we would love to stay at Costantinopoli again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Naples. The hotel was perfect. Close to the Archaeological Museum. Reception recommended a restaurant right around the corner from the hotel and we loved it. Actually ate there twice. Also right down the street is a great wine bar. Breakfast was terrific. The staff was very helpful and kind. We will definitely return to Naples and this hotel.

Great hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Naples. Very clean, comfortable, and modern. The location is great - close proximity to major sites in Naples, yet set back from the major streets keeping noise down and giving it a very safe feeling.

Very nice and cozy hotel. Big room, very nice bathroom and the feeling of staying in luxury historical mansion. The staff was very competent and the service was above my expectations. Breakfast was very good and offers a wide variety of food for any taste.

There were cheaper options in Naples, but we are glad we chose the Costantinopoli. It is in an excellent location, right in the historic centre of Naples. Nonetheless, it has a quiet, tranquil setting within beautiful gardens. We were upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely lovely. Staff were professional, curteous and non-obtrusive. We can't fault our stay there in any way at all!

What an oasis! In a good part of Napoli, although the whole city needs work and cleaning. Located next to Bellini Place with good food/cafe options nearby, it is a well located hotel. THe staff and accomodations were terrific. Easy access to taxi service from the concierge gets you to ferries/trains, dinner, etc. within short proximity. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Lovely hotel in great location. The junior suite is very spacious with a sitting room on the first level and large bedroom/bathroom on the second. Only complaint is that the hotel bumped us our first night for some suspicious reason. While they rebooked us at another hotel, they didn't seem very sorry about the mishap. Also, a few weeks before leaving on our trip, I tried to contact the hotel via fax and email to confirm reservation and never received a response.

The hotels location was in the historical center and near the archeological museum, but a little far from the port to go to the islands and the amalfi coast. Breakfast was fabulous, except the juices. I advise not to go to Naples in August, because 95% of the shops and restaurants are closed. Everyone is on holidays and the town has no life in it. Do not take room 310 (next to the staff room).

The stay at the hotel was excellent. The only thing I really don't understand why there is no elevator. In our country this would be indispensable for a four star accommodation.

Constantinopoli 104 is the perfect place to stay in Naples. All of the staff were fantastic, the breakfast was wonderful. Everything was perfect. It's lovely and quiet in the hotel and makes a very relaxing break from the bustling Naples streets outside. I can't wait to go back!

The hotel is wonderfully located and much quieter than its central location would lead one to expect. Rooms were clean and modern and service was outstanding: pleasant, courteous, helpful. The hotel recommended a superb restaurant and obtained opera tickets for us at the last minute at a reasonable rate. The hotel is an unexpected oasis of calm, comfort, and good taste in a typically chaotic area of the city. The suites (one of which we had as a complimentary upgrade) have pleasant terraces for relaxing and having coffee overlooking the garden and pool. The common areas were comfortable and inviting. I'm sure it would be hard to do better in Naples at this price.

Martin & Silvia

I loved this hotel! It feels like an oasis of calm right in the middle of the very hectic Centro Storico. We only stayed one night, but wished we had stayed longer to explore Naples. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if/when I return to Naples.

The Constantinopoli 104 was a sanctuary in amongst the hustle and bustle of Naples. After spending a week on Ischia, Naples was somewhat of a culture shock! We were only there for 2 nights but the service was excellent, all the staff did their best to help us in any way they could including recommending trips, booking taxia and reserving a table at a retaurant for us. The hotel istself is impressive and the decor was divine. The room was gorgeous - I wasn't expecting it to be on 2 levels and the bath was enormous! I'd also recommend Belini's (one minutes walk away) for the fabulous pizzas. We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone who visited Naples.

I love this hotel! It's so refreshing to stay at a small hotel with that beautiful private pool. The bathrooms are good sizes and the beds were very comfortable. However, no where to do laundry anywhere that I could find on short notice in Napoli. Oh wel...

Truly a jewel in busy and loud Naples. You'll be welcomed by a very attentive staff and King Re, their black Lab mascot. You are very near the Archaeological Museum and authentic pizzerias. The rooms, courtyard and public facilities are all visually pleasant. Breakfast was standard European fare but tasty. I would describe Costantinapoli 104 as a very cozy boutique hotel.

The hotel was hard to find, but worth the effort. It is in the location the map says it is, but when the gate to the interior of the block is closed after dark, it is not obvious that there is a hotel there. It is inside one of those courtyards and there is no sign on the street. A more noticable nameplate on the street-side intercom would help. It is a nice little hotel, an oasis from Napoli. The staff was friendly and comptetent. The coffee was among the best I have ever had. Highly recommended!
