Charm&Relax Hotel Delle Terme "SPA" - Naples

Very old rooms. Hotel needs to be refurnished. Sleeping at night was not possible due to mosquitos coming through the doors (door has a gap up to 2 cm!). It is not a 4-star Hotel. Maybe it was a 4-star in 1967 - but I believe that since then nothing was refurnished. Will never book again.

Very old hotel. Nice looking from outside, but the rooms need to be refurbished. The doors have a gap from 1 - 2 cm. At night thousands of moskitos come through the doors and sleeping is not really possible. If you will stay there ask for an insect repellent, otherwise you will not sleep!!!

The hotel informs in the web about the great SPA in the ground floor. The SPA was closed when we were there, even they did not warn about the closing dates in the web nor even when we reserve the room. It was really disappointing. The internet TV connection did not work out correctly.

This is not a spa hotel. Actually its not a hotel. Its a museum!! It has been a luxus-place in the 70ties but no one uses it anymore. The entire area of Napoli seems to be closing! Tha staff hardly know a word of Engish and the so-called spa was "fully-booked" due to no other guests than us. (In a huge hotel). Dont go there!!

Although it was raining indeed badly, the receptionist didn’t let the taxi to get closer to the hotel entrance (for that reason the receptionist should open just one single barrier, but he just didn’t). The taxi has to stay at the main gate of the hotel area which is approximately 150 m from the hotel building. There were no umbrellas either, so we just had to run under the rain and have reached the car being absolutely wet. The hotel itself reminds my childhood, without any touch of contemporaneity, seems that it hasn’t been renovated ever. The guest rooms are quite acceptable; the price is absolutely fair, besides there’s the possibility to use the wellness services at the “termes”. However, recommended only for those who have a business in the closer area, because to get to the other part of the Naples would take a half of a day (the traffic is horrible). The areas outside the hotel park are without any attraction, even more – they remind Africa or some central American countries – empty streets and mountains of rubbish.

L'hotel n'est pas assez mis en valeur au niveau des photos sur venere.com ; c'est mieux en vrai ! c'est un hotel ou l'on a été très bien reçu par un personnel accueillant, souriant, aimable et compétant. Si l'on est trop fatigué le soir pour sortir, ne pas hésiter à diner sur place le resto est lui aussi excellent ! c'est un endroit au calme loin de l'agitation du centre tout en étant proche de Naples! voiture, bus train et metro peuvent nous y emmener en très peu de temps ! et au début du séjour, si vous ne connaissez pas la route pour aller en centre ville : prenez le metro ! pour vous reposer : faites un soin aux termes c'est un délicieux moment de détente ! bon séjour! n'oubliez pas de manger des babas !!!

Too thin walls. next room clients (tarzan and maria callas) were performing pretty often during night and day. it was funny but too loud.

Good value for money. I appreciated so much the people, friendly and professional, the SPA and the food.

Quite and Charming Hotel. Standard rooms. Employes are friendly, outdoor space amazing, jogging opportunities and and spacious parking lot. Well connected to the center it's easy to go visiting all around.

I strongly recommnend this hotel to everyone needs to stay in a quite place next to the city center of Naples. I really enjoy the peacefullness of the green park and the excellent food at the restaurant: Chef is a genius. Charming SPA and standard room comfortable, a great value for the price quoted. Large parking lot (very important in Naples) and staff more carefull then I've ever expected.

Employes are friendly and professioal, chef restaurant a real "chief" (food is fantastic). Business and leisure hotel, beautiful SPA and quite area surrounding, just few minutes from down-town. I really recommend this hotel to everyone.
