The reception desk is open 24 hours a day and a friendly and welcoming staff will be pleased to give you information on the main events and attractions of this outstanding city.
Staff spoke very little English but he did call a taxi for us to get to the airport the next morning at 5:00 am. Very little in neighborhood for dining.

We found the rooms clean however very small. Air conditioning was very poor so much so that we found it hard to sleep as air exchange was stifling. The hallway outside was much cooler than our room so we found we had to open the door to improve cooling. We had staff try to remedy the AC 3 times without any success. We found the breakfast a waste of time.

I filled the "staff competence" with rating 5, as there were two people in reception, one of them - the lady was extraordinary pleasant and competent = rating 10, while the other one - the man, was extraordinary unpleasant - rating 0..
