A clean and modern place but there's nothing much roundabout. You'll have to walk for a bit to get your dinner and when we were there it was raining. The taxi driver from the station, who of course ripped us off, warned us to stick to the main roads and not to stray down the streets next to the hotel. Although, walking back at night the main roads aren't much better. The entire place is dodgy. Cracking pizza a Da Michele if you can get in. Needs better telly.

Receptionist very helpful, very early pick up organised for airport , driver on time and pleasant, free Internet in foyer, worked well. The only disconcerting issue was the very shabby, old carpet in our room, otherwise, very comfortable and would recommend this to other travellers.

H2C is a newly renovated hotel in Naples. Our room was extremely clean and modern. The lobby was artsy and the rooftop deck was a bonus. The breakfasts were above average. The only downside was the location. It was not in the heart of the city, and on a busy road near some seedy buildings. We didn't mind though because we were in walking distance to the port and Bay of Naples, and enjoyed the walk along the water to the bay that included a lovely strip of bars & restaurants.

The staff at H2C were etremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean -just slightly on the warm side. However I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are too small when we talk about a four stare hotel. For this reason I can say that is good for a transit stay (one or two nights). The presentation pictures have been taken from a favorable angle and don’t reflect the reality of the spaces.

Black light switches on a black wall in a dark room are difficult to find. Designer taps in the showers do not explain themselves and are difficult to operate for people over 40 and people in a rush. But they look nice like the rooms in general. The rooms themselves don't just look nice, they are olso very functional.

First time I stayed at Hotel H2C Hotel Napoli. I stayed for 4 nights in 3 different rooms because it was not 4 following days. The 2 first nights the room was a bit small but ok and the last 2 days the room was perfect much more bigger! The hotel is very modern, the breakfast is very good. The only bad thing is the orange juice whih is not good but that is no important. The hotel is near the historical area and close to the boats for Capri & Ischia. I also recommend the pizzeria Da Michele which is 5 mns walk from the hotel? You can eat pizza for 13€ for 2 with drinks!

First time traveling to Italy and was extremely disappointed by Naples--I would never go there again. I had read many poor reviews of the city but also a few good ones and was hopeful that our stay would be a good one. (The primary reason for our stay was to visit nearby Vesuvius.) I think the hotel tries to stand out as clean, warm, welcoming, and modern (which it does with some success), but it is surrounded by a neighborhood that is full of garbage, crappy graffiti, and feels very unsafe. (And, it turned out to be pretty unsafe--my travel partner was pick-pocketed just blocks from the hotel.) Some amenities (like the steam room, sauna, etc) were posted "Closed for Maintenance," but looked like they had neither been used in a very long time nor that they were currently being maintained. Also, the hotel restaurant was unavailable to us on the night of our stay. If you choose to stay in Naples (which I wouldn't recommend) I would search for a hotel in a better neighborhood (if there is such a thing in Naples). I feel a bit bad for giving the hotel a poor overall review--the hotel itself was OK, but the surroundings were SO BAD that it is hard not consider them in the overall rating.

Beautiful room at the top of the hotel with a lovely balcony and jacuzzi tub. We had booked a type of room that was not available and were given a wonderful upgrade. Only problem: the air conditioning was not up to the summer heat in Naples. Fortunately we had an electric fan with us, so we were comfortable. Without that it might have been hard to sleep. Very kind, attentive, professional staff, great breakfast, restaurant is also good for dinner. We enjoyed H2C very much!

I stayed 24 hours en route to Capri. The hotel was very conveniently located for my purpose almost opposite the entrance to the port. I did not do any sightseeing in Naples but simply strolled around. Unfortunately, Naples has a huge garbage disposal problem and it is very noticeable. There was a good view of Vesuvius from my window. The reception staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful over getting taxis and with sorting out my mobile phone. The breakfast buffet was quite adequate in variety and quantity. There were plenty of inexpensive pizzerias within a few minutes walk of the hotel.

This is a brand new hotel and it is well located. We walked both from the train station and the cruise boat terminal. Although it is in the "old Naples" we felt safe walking even at night. The staff was very accommodating willing to hold our bags both before and after check-in and check-out

Lovely, very modern hotel with good restaurant, good breakfast. Access a bit difficult in summer 2010 because of construction on the main street in front of the hotel. Easy walk to interesting sights in the historic center as well as to the marina and to the Castel Nuovo.

The Hotel Napoli H2C is a sleek, modern, and very attractive hotel located in a strange, ugly, run-down part of Naples. Located down the Nuova Marina, it will undoubtedly attract guests disembarking from cruises, but it is in a neighborhood utterly without charm and a hefty walk from anywhere you might want to be in Naples. That being said, if you are simply ducking into Naples for the night and taking advantage of the hotel's airport transfer, H2C has a very nice restaurant, an excellent breakfast included with the room, and offers views of Mt. Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples from some of the rooms. I don't anticipate ever wanting to return to Naples (aside from the pizza, there is not much to recommend the city), but if I did, I would probably choose to stay in a nicer part of town even though I thought very highly of H2C's cleanliness, appearance, and facilities. On a side note, the tours advertised in the lobby for sites around Naples are utterly worthless. You are better off navigating the Circumvesuviana on your own. The hotel is a short (but unattractive) walk to the station.

H2C Hotel is a stunning hotel, Naples isn't the nicest of places so it was great to come back to a nice hotel. The staff organised tours for us to Pompeii and Capri which I highly recommend. Both tours were great days out. We ate in the restaurant everynight and enjoyed our meals. I would stay here again for sure.

We stayed at Hotel H2C for 6 nights and found the hotel to be welcoming and staff more than helpful. Really polite and put themselves out to be helpful in any questions we asked. The rooms although not roomy very nicely decorated and kept very clean throughout our stay. Our only dissappointment was that there was few bars/cafes/restaurants in the vicinity and required a good 15/20 mins walk in the evenings for decent restaurants. The Hotel restaurant left a lot to be desired. Therefore only ate there once which was a big dissappointment. The Hotel being so lovely stood out as being far from anywhere of interest. Breakfast time was very slapdash as their was insufficient staffing. Food was always running out fast and you had to ask for lots of dishes to be replenished, although once received was very acceptable. Lots of choices. Overall loved the Hotel itself, just not the surroundings as after a long day sightseeing by bus or train journeys would have liked to have had the option to have evening meals either in the Hotel or nearby without too much walking. Will still go back if returning to Naples.

hotel was well located and the neighborhood was not "dangerous"as described in some reviews. Close to train(circumvusivio) and historic districts.Street shopping in the area south and west of the main RR station was an experience and no-one tried to 'pick our pockets'.Public trans to castel nuovo and parthenope and west was convenient. Cab drivers however are always pushing the limits and should be addressed by city of naples tourist assn's.

Stopped for 3 nights for 225 euros for number, an excellent combination the price/quality. Spacious number, with modern furniture and pleasant design, with a good bathroom (we had a bath from a jacuzzi). Excellent rigid (for those who loves) a mattress. In general all hotel: rooms, lobby, restaurant, a sports room, a hall, the lift, even appearance, especially in comparison with Naples, leaves the most pleasant impression. Good various enough breakfast, a supper was pleasant less, but this matter of taste and a choice of dishes. The only thing that put in a minus to this hotel - an environment, but in my opinion, it very convenient, on foot: 15 minutes to port, 15 minutes to terminal station to Sorrento/Pompei/Vezuvius, 15 minutes to the historical centre. Certainly, the environment of hotel anything is inconspicuous, but it is necessary to know Naples, it is the SPECIAL city. So, the resume: EXCELLENT hotel, very much I recommend!

The hotel writers hate foreigners, especially Americans. They were not willing to give us exact directions anywhere, make dinner reservations for us or anything. We asked how to go somewhere and the made a big circle on the map, could not have been more vague. The rooms were small. The design is very modern but it made it difficult to figure out shower and sink faucets. I was pinched badly by the shower nob. Not a family hotel. It is not in a safe clean area. Naples in general is not safe or clean.
