The location of the hotel is excellent. We parked the car in the hotel private and safe garage and walked everywhere we needed to go. It is difficult to use a car in Nantes since many areas are pedestrian only. However it is easy to walk around. The hotel needs to be renovated a bit but everything was clean and worked well. The continental breakfast was suitable and served in a pleasant dining room. I probably will use this hotel again when I return.

As mentioned in another review - the hotel looks nice from the outside but is in disrepair inside. Dark dreary corridors, the walls in the room had loose chipboard coming off and were stained! Plumbing in the bathroom was dodgy - water would not drain and the toilet roll holder came off the wall in my hands. Breakfast (when I got there) was a slice of bread and grapefruit juice as well as stale coffee for 6 Euro - we passed. Location is fantastic but hotel is grim.
