Noisy early AM. No sink plug in handbasin (Room 108). Toilet cistern lid badly cracked. Insufficient tea/coffee-making supplies for two people. No shower hat or sanitary towel disposal bags provided. Wife and I are in our late 70s.

+ friendly man at reception gave us a warm welcome with some usefull information and tips on how to get to the center of paris + free hotel parking + we asked for a room on the highest floor possible when we did the booking, they gave us one on the top floor where we had a sight on 'la defense' - rooms have very thin walls, we could hear the woman in the next room watch tv, call her friends,...etc. Really annoying when you're trying to sleep! Breakfast: fine considering the hotel price, don't expect to much. Rooms are fine for citytrippers, no big luxury, but you'll have all you need; Clean sheets, towels, soap, hairdryer. We didn't have a fridge tough. About the location: 30min by foot gets you to 'la défense' where you can take the metro into the heart of Paris. After day 2 the 30min walk is getting a little boring.. 30min aint that long but when you're walking all day through Paris, this 30min walk to the hotel is just to much

A very friendly staff helped us out during our three day stay. They spoke English which assisted us since we did not know French. The hotel is just a short walk through a nice park to the Metro. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Not a luxury hotel, but more than worth the value, even with a the need of using the Metro and 30 minutes to get to the heart of Paris.

Rooms were basic, the bed not terribly comfortable (mattress covered in plastic). Wedding one night went late with very loud music--so loud, they had to move us to a room 4 floors up at 1:30am (after a few grumpy phone calls). This room was much nicer--ask for rooms on the 5th floor. RER station 10-15min walk away--not bad in the morning but tiring after a long day of sightseeing. Safe area though--quiet at night during the week. No need to bother with the breakfast (expensive) since there is a bakery next to the RER station. A cheap option in Paris but you get what you pay for(well, maybe a bit less as this is Paris).

Very friendly personal! A member of the staff even walked us all the way to the metro-station. That's a 12 minute walk through the park. Besides the fact that you can hear the people on the above-floor walking... it's a perfect hotel if you compair quality and price. It's no Hilton, but it's good enough for a stay at 50 euro a day! IN PARIS.

This hotel was located near the highway so you hear cars and construction all night long. The room was way to small and uncomfortable. The beds were so tiny and worn out it was impossible to sleep at all. Had to check out early and make reservations elsewhere. Staff was nice though.

For a 2 star hotel it is pretty good, our only issue was the noise of other guests unlocking their doors which is very noisey and coming in at 1-2am in morning talking loudly, rooms are not very sound proof at all. All of the staff except one gentlemen who basically ignored us even when saying good morning to him, were very good especially the lady and older gentlement were very helpful. all in all good value for price and would recommend getting visitor pass for rail/bus which lasts for 2 days and cost us $39 euro for the three of us - would have cost us hundreds of dollars buying as you go.

This is a hotel where you will gladly come back. The best way to reach the hotel is by metro or bus to La Defense, then take the bus 159. To RER A, a very useful connection, just cross the park (not possible by night!).

The service was excellent, I was booking at the last minute, but was welcomed by a smile. I also got help with guidance to the city, tourist attractions and the easiest way to get to the airport. An addition info in "how to get there" would be to clearly state what kind of public transportation ticket you must have in order to get all the way to the hotel.

the receptionist miriam was a nice lady. She took all the time for me to explane paris to us. She also gave us the adres of a nice restaurant close to the quartier latin. At the quartier latin the prices for food are okay and clear. For the drinks you have to pay very high prices. Before you order anything ask first what you have to pay. During our stay the ellivator was out of order. In the morning we were waked up by a fire alarm. The toaster was on fire. The breakfast waitress was very slow and not always interested in her job. the cake at the breakfact was very dry. The price of 9 euro for the breakfast was compured to the quality and choice much to high. 6 euro would have been more appropriated.

We travelled in from the west and therefore had to go into the La Defense tunnels. BEWARE we were using sat nav to guide us to the hotel and it does not work in the tunnels. When we eventually found the hotel we discovered that we had been within yards of it about an hour before but lost the signal and the instructions on where to go. The hotel was good, the staff was very friendly, like all people in Paris. Our rooms were a little too small, but clean and the area, where the hotel is located is very quiet and good. There's a little, lovely parc near the hotel and a few metres down the street, you will find a supermarket. But be careful! the prices are amasingly high! The neighbourhood is friendly and peacefully. The price for the breakfast is too high considering the quality and the choise. Furthermore there isn't enough choise and if you are someone who sleeps longer, you won't find anything.

the absence of air conditioning is important in summer (not in november). Excellent the presence of private car parking, and the elevator. It was my first time i stayed in this hotel, but I suggest this hotel particularly those who drive cars, because in Paris parking a car is a very important problem. I do not suggest the breakfast, because is expensive, particlularly when the bill is for a complete family.

The rooms were spacious and clean, located just some minutes walk from the metro station - value for money. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. However, as the rooms were not air conditioned and it was really hot this summer, we had to sleep with the windows open and the traffic outside was very noisy. Noise along the corridor can also be heard in the room. Ear-plugs definitely required for a good night's sleep.

Zona tranquilla. Assolutamente consigliabile.

Room is alright and reasonably clean with free internet but it continuously keeps breaking. English channels are provided as well but tv not of the best quality. However, the hotel is easily accessible to RER with about 15 minutes walk or just take a bus right in front of the hotel that takes you right to La Defense to take the subway. Excellent location by all means although not in the city centre and with free parking. Value for money when booked online and good for those that are not in a hurry. It has been a fantastic experience in the hotel. Close to a park and train station. However, a bit lonely and scary when returning back to the hotel through the park at night. Although a bit small, the room is surprisingly very good and clean for the price. The only problem with the room was the toilet had no proper ventilation, so had to keep the windows in the room open. Another problem was, i was woken up by the cleaning lady even though i put a DO NOT DISTURB BOARD outside. Very friendly and english speaking staff. We stayed at your hotel in Paris on April 24 2009. A major plus is that you have secured parking and that the neighborhood is quiet. As long as the other guest are told to be quiet while walking the hall ways there wouldn't be any reason for guest to hear much of anything, which is great. I am not sure about the public transportation to the center of Paris. We drove our car to the Shamps des Elysee and parked in the under ground structure and walked around for the day and then drove to the next parking structure and did the same. Hotels closer to the center of Paris, for this budget, do not have secure parking and are not as quiet. Over all I think your hotel is a great deal if you have a car. The room we had (No:64) has a bath and was clean enough, easy to get to and has a view of the parking lot and property next door.

A cheap option on the outskirts of Paris. About 8 miles from City Centre. We had our own car so getting around was fine otherwise could be a problem. The hotel itself was very clean.Reception staff were very helpful. I was there with my two sons aged 17 and 15. I have rated it very poor for "quitness of rooms" as every morning we were woken by the Maids to do our room and make our beds. They were shouting at each other at the top of their voices while talking to each other in the corridor directly outside our door. They would just unlock our door with a spare key and walk in while we were sleeping. On finding us in our beds one lady just made a loud Tuting sound and walked out without any apology, continuing to talk at the top of her voice right outside our room. We stayed 3 nights and it was the same thing every morning! On sunday morning we were woken by a church group who had obviously hired out the basement hall, we were on the third floor and their music was loud enough to wake us!So I definately would not reccomend it if your looking for a nice lie in after a late night. Room was tiny. If your looking for a cheap clean place then it's ok but if your looking for somewhere to relax then not the best place to got to.

Very pleased with the stay overall, the reception was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious. Europeans probably won't mind, but Americans used to Air Conditioning if traveling in the summer should be aware that there's none in this hotel. It was pretty hot in our room, but luckily the weather was cool outside that night so we just kept the window open. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as a bargain if you're driving a car (we were just stopping here before flying out this next day). If you're planning to see Paris and take the metro for transportation, though, it's a bit of a hike to get here from the RER station, which as far as I could tell was the nearest one to the hotel - be sure to check that out first!

The hotel was not easy to find even if i use gps. In the middle of the night a dog start barking or crying. So the sleeping wasent so good. In the morning when i go out to the car, the windows in the back seat was crashed and all the items inside, gps small money etc was stolen. 2 others car have the same problem. When we go to police, they told us which place we shouldent put the car outside in the night, and outside the hotel was one of this place. It lays in the worst crime district in Paris. The bed was good, but i would not reccomend this hotel to anyone. Its to difficult to find, even to take taxi was difficult, the name on the hotel is the same name as the street.

If your goal in staying here is to go into Paris and sightsee during the day, then this hotel is excellent. It's really quiet at night. And the bed was comfortable. If you are looking to enjoy the Parisien lifestyle, i wouldnt recommend this Hotel. The Metro closes usually around 1am, and the buses stop running out there around 1030p. It is nice, but the walk from the Metro across a park is kinda scary at night.

The rooms were clean and everything worked. Given that the price was low it exceeded my expectations. Only problem is it is 20 minutes walk across an open park from the Nanterre Prefecture RER station. My advice would be to take Bus number 159 to La Defense. The bus stop is right outside the hotel.

This is by no means a very special hotel and I only needed a one night stay but for the money, there is no reason to complain about anything with these guys. Friendly staff and clean rooms is what wins my vote. I'm sure I'll be staying here again if I'm ever in France again.
