Ideally located half-fay between the train station and the famous "Excelsior café", very good value-for-money, if you're not planning to stay more than one night, as service is minimal (you have to check in at the adjacent night-club, hoping to find the manager if you arrive early in the afternoon !). Obviously not worth the two stars, but clean room and TV + Wi-Fi are OK. No breakfast in the hotel though !!!
