The hotel needs a bar,you can not have a coffee or a drink during your stay there they need to include this on their web site THERE IS NO BAR OR ANY FACILITY IN THE HOTEL for the above reason.

It was quiet except for one night. It does echo so if you have one person who is noisy inside it could be a problem. The street itself is quiet. It was right across from the park and restaurants right next door. Walking distance to everything.
