Atheaton is the most beautiful and central hotel in the old town. The building was superb and the room was large with seating area, very shiny, clean and we had a spacious homemade breakfast every day. Fabulous hotel for high quality accomodation. The owners are very kind and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this family hotel.

Very enthusiastic owner that transmits her energy, room as advertised. The only thing is that the parking is not right outside, approximately 1 minute away on foot. But that is totally minor. Recommended, would go again.

Very basic breakfast comprised rusks, butter, jam and teabags. Tiny Baby Belling to heat water. Teacups tasted of soap. Best to get your own locally in shop / cafe. I was upgraded to bigger, nice room, v traditional. Friendly reception, despite late arrival.

THere is no breakfast at the Guesthouse as advertised, instant coffee, tea and biscuits are offered in the room. It was still a very nice place, but you need to eat out if you want a proper breakfast.

We had 2 nights at the Atheaton. The family are very welcoming, helpful and hospitable.The pension is very handily placed for doing the sights of the town. Only downsides were lack of parking and no public area for breakfast. Neither of these niggles really impacted on our enjoyment of the place.

We had a very pleasant stay at Pension Atheaton. The people were very welcoming and friendly, and always eager to help us and make our stay in Greece easy. The room was very clean and comfortable, with air conditionning and a fridge. We could boil our own water for tea or coffee at any time, which was pleasant. We really recommend this pension to anyone going to Nafplio!
