Hotel was perfectly located for us, near bus terminal and good restaurants, and old town. Map did not show location very clearly, so had to use address in Google to get good directions

No Parking. Staff not friendly or helpful. It was clean but I would not recommend.

Pleasant, clean hotel in good central location just a few minutes from cathedral square. Our only complaints were that our key card for the room had to be reset 3 times during our 4 night stay. Also there was a problem with the hot water - on the 3rd floor it takes 5 - 10 minutes to come through hot.

The hotel was everything I expected from previous reviews. the location could not be better. the room was perfect. the staff very helpful and friendly. will definitely be going again at Christmas time, although the hotel wasnt very christmasy the area was. One downside was the cost of parking which you have to build into the costs of staying, as you have no alternative but to pay on the underground car park which is close by. The other was the evening dinner is expensive and not very good, certainly not value for money so eat out. would recommend it for that time of year, could be noisy in the summer.

It's unlikely you'll be able to sleep late in the morning as the bells from the church immediately opposite the hotel will wake you! The hotel was very clean - we didn't eat there (but the restaurant looked very nice)as there were lovely squares close by to sit in the sunshine and enjoy breakfast.An ideal hotel for a city break.

Everything was just perfect: rooms were spacious and very clean. HTL lies walking distance from major sites in Murcia. IMHO an excellent value for the money. Just the employees at the desk could have smiled a bit more.. There's a parking lot right behind the hotel (though a bit expensive...)

Very nice hotel! We stayed there just for 1 night, but our stay was really escellent. Hotel and room well furnished, with a spacious bathroom. Parking space available in front of the hotel. Zenit Murcia is just a few minute walk distance to city center (cathedral, ecc.) and very near to restaurants and night life zone.

The hotel charged me 10 euro after i made the booking through venere, and when i checked in i told them about the problem, and the person in charge said she would deduct the amount from my bill when i check out. however, she wasn't there when i checked out and the receptionist said he can do nothing about it. so they have charged me 10 euro more than the original price, and they even said at a certain point that it might be charged by the agent (venere). i'm confused. also, some of the hotel staff at the receptionist don't speak english. there's this girl who doesn't even know what 'letter set' is.

Disappointed that parking was in nearest public carpark at a cost of 15 euros per day-unable to stop outside hotel to drop off luggage.

Lovely new hotel, very clean. Staff very welcoming and helpful, my flight home was cancelled and although the Zenit was fully booked they phoned round other hotels to find somewere with available room. Its very central with a pretty plaza 2 minutes walk from the front door with nice cafe bars etc. Its also only about 5-10mins walk to the main plaza with the cathedral and many restaurants. I will stay there again if in Murcia.

This is an excellent well furnished, well decorated hotel with very good central location close to main shopping and several cafes, bars and restaurants.The only drawback is that its central location means limited on street parking. Murcia itself is a delightful city and well worth visiting.
