I like this hotel a lot. There's free wifi & little kitchen in the room. TV is quite big and room is clean and comfortable. Plus, staffs are friendly. The only problem is the door knob of the room is very hard to open when I want to enter the room every time.

The room had a little kitchenette, which was very nice. It was totally spotless as well! Conveniently located near the main train station, I would stay again.

The room was simple but fine. We chose the 2-level suite as we were staying with our kids (11 and 13). First the good: it felt like a small loft apartment with a big arched window and yes, as other travelers have said, it's been updated. There was also a table and small kitchenette which, while we didn't need, could be nice for some travelers to have (although as my daughter pointed out, the 2 burners weren't much use since they didn't provide any pots or pans). Now the things that we didn't care for as much: the stairs leading up to the loft were very narrow so it made taking up my large suitcase a bit of a challenge. Once up there, we were a bit tight for space as to where to put our suitcases (no drawers or closet in the loft part), but we managed. The pillows were also very soft and not to our liking, but hey, for a 3-star hotel what do you expect? The bathroom was very small and quite tight -- even for one person. My main problem with the place was probably the hallways and elevator. They were very grungy and in desperate need of an update. Overall, my kids and I were satisfied with the stay while my husband, who is used to 4 and 5-star hotels, was not. The room itself served our purposes: giving us a clean, modern room for a family of 4 for a reasonable price.

It was our third time in munich, and we were there for one night, thank God. The whole hotel needs to be very much renovated. Corridors all patched up and the rooms are very old looking except the head board of the bed that was new, but not enough to put this hotel in a 3* class. To me it was a 2* low.

I stayed at ViVadi hotel during a 5 week business trip and found it ideal for such mid-term stays. The little kitchen was well equipped and the convenient token system for washing and drying machine allowed me to easily manage my laundry. The location in also ideal, since the U-Bahn station is no more than 3 min walk away. The only somewhat negative experience was the fact, that the wireless signal strenght was so weak in my room, that I had to move with my computer right next to the door to be able to browse. In general, I was highly satisfied and will be returning in the future.

I travelled here in October for a couple of days on business. Very good value for money. Good location, very near the central station. Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Also very quiet, facing the back. Tasty breakfast at adjoining cafe.

EXCELLENT location, could not have asked for better. The staff was great, especially one older lady that was very helpful. My only issues is our room was street side and it's a pretty busy street and was quite noisy. Also no Air Conditioning which I knew going in but it was even hotter than I would have thought. I would stay here again for sure, although if in the heart of summer may have to reconsider for a place with A/C. Otherwise loved it and I highly recommend.

This is a very well run hotel, simple, pleasant, clean and efficient. We had stayed in the same hotel last year and had chosen to return. The breakfast was very good, and our room had kitchen facilities which would have been very useful if we had been staying longer. The only problem is that it's on a busy street and we had to have the windows open as it was very hot, so it was noisy. Reception told us that the 'superior' rooms at the back of the hotel were quieter and had air conditioning.

A very adequate hotel in a very convenient location, though inevitably a little noisy. We were very satisfied with our stay there.

A really nice hotel located centrally within a major European city. Less than a 5 minute walk from the central train station and 20 minute walk from the main shopping district. The accommodation was spacious and the ensuite kitchen enabled me to purchase perishable groceries. The breakfast was abundant and varied. All of the staff were very friendly - on my birthday I got a 'smiley face' in my morning coffee and on returning back at night a home-made card and bottle of 'champagne' was in my room (many thanks everyone). When I return to Munich, I will definitely stay here again.
