Das Frühstück, das lt. Vernere Beschreibung incl. sein sollte, war es nicht, sondern kostete Euro 12,- pro Person extra. Dies war sehr ärgerlich, da wir mehrere Tage gebucht hatten und der Frühstücksraum war eigentlich die Hotellobby ! Das bedeutet, frühstücken an Bistrotischen und Sesseln, die eigentlich viel zu niedrig sind. Also sehr unbequem, und alles war merkwürdig verpackt in kleinen Plastik Bechern. Was aber ärgerlicher war, ist dass Reklamationen bei venere einfach abgewiegelt werden und sich keiner wirklich um mich als Kunden gekümmert hat !!! Ich buche 10 bis 15 Hotels das Jahr über und auch einige bei venere, da hätte ich eigentlich ein wenig bessere Kundenbetreuung erwartet, schließlich war es meine erste Reklamation bisher. Eine Firma ist so gut, wie Sie die Reklamationen bearbeitet, und daher war ich diesmal enttäuscht, mehr von venere, als vom Hotel. Reserviert hatte ich incl. konventionelles Frühstück, bekommen habe ich Mehrkosten von 72,- für eine Frühstücksvariante, die ich niemals so gebucht hätte! ..was aber nicht bedeutet, dass andere Gäste diese Variante evt nicht mögen !?! In der letzten Nacht war dann die Abfahrt zum Hotel von beiden Richtungen gesperrt, da in dem Gewerbegebiet Großteile für eine Baustelle angeliefert wurden, was dann den Rückweg recht abenteuerlich werden ließ... auch hierzu hatte es im Vorfeld keinerlei Infos vom Personal gegeben. Ansonsten war das Hotel aber durchaus OK, bequem und sauber. vielleicht zu modern für mich ?!?

How to reach Suitehotel München Parkstadt
By car
From the motorway A9, exit at number 76 München Schwabing and Mittlerer Ring West. Keep the right lane and turn immediately right into Lyonel Feininger Straße, just before the Aral petrol station. You will recognize the hotel after 300 meters on the right hand side.
From the motorway A95 or A96, take the Mittlerer Ring towards Nurmberg. From the Petuel Tunnel, take the Leopoldstraße exit and turn left. At the first traffic light, turn right, and after 300 meters turn left into Lyonel Feininger Straße.
