The room was quite old & a bit smelly but the reception staff was very nice & helpful. At night it was very noisy in the backyard & we couldn't sleep (very annoying!) Parking space was very little & with about 15 EURO too expensive. Breakfast was not that good as cheese, tomatoes & ham etc. seemed to lay there for a while already, but staff was friendly. All in all was the room ok for that price in munich, but there are lot of things you could improve.

Nice place to spend few days; very close to city center: only 10 min on foot! Very close to underground station and to unirsity. Receptionists are very kind and friendly; A little less breakfast waitress. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Rooms are quiet, clean but small with a smaller bathroom. Sorroundings are very full of nightlife places and restaurants. If you'd like to visit Munchen and to use hotel to sleep only, then this is perfect for you!

Location, staff and price very good but this hotel is really really really OLD, needs cleaning and repairings. The floor in the room had at least 40 years, broken, dirty, I felt discomfort to walk even in soks. All the night we had a sound like a drop falling in the water coming from the radiator. Hotel is OK for this price considering that is next to the center but take it like a hostel not a 3 stars hotel.

The hotel is near the city center (2 metro stops or 10-15 minutes afoot) in the university area. The room was small with two single beds (not one double bed) and the bath was very very small, but the hotel is ok for a two-day holiday.
