Dommage que le personnel ne soit pas très aimable. refus de me rembourser deux petits déjeuners que j'avais réglé à mon arrivée mais que je voulais annuler à temps pour la seule raison que j'avais payé en espèces!!

I stayed for two days. It is very easy to access center of Munich from the Hotel using public transportation. Employees are competent and kind. A very good choice for a short stay (if not longer...).

The hotel is new, clean and a short walk from the Ostbahnhof and on one of the Tram lines. Very convenient. It was a busy weekend in Munich, yet this hotel offered a nice room at a respectable price. The front desk was efficient and friendly. The breakfast bar is satisfactory and reasonable value for the price. I would stay here again when visiting Munich.

The hotel advertises on the building itself and in brochures for 59Euros, which is half the price of what I was charged. My room was tiny, clean, nicely furnished, but VERY loud; after I insisted on being moved to the back of the building away from the street it was fine. If charged the advertised price and staying on the backside of the hotel for a few days, it's fine. No soap - only pine smelling liquid hair/body wash; no closet; no phone; tiny room but very clean and stylish.
