Just a nice place to stay for 3-4 days. 1. Breakfast is very good (+) 2. Rooms are very small 3\5 of the room - bed ;) 3. There is a very very nice bar on a corner. Enjoy!

Brand new place, stylish. Private safe underground garage. very convenient for those travelling with car - good access to highway. Rather far from center to walk, but very close to Augustiner brewhouse and biergarten on the way to center.

I would NEVER recommend this hotel! While the hotel did provide a clean, modern decor, it was not enough to make up for the lacking in every other department. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We had to wait for 3 hours to check-in (2 of which were after the posted check-in time), even after I sent an e-mail the day before to confirm my reservation and arrival time (which they never responded to). There was no apology or concern for the fact that we had to wait. None of them seemed to have much knowledge about the city they live in, or the hotel they work in, for that matter. It was difficult to get our questions answered. Also, as opposed to what the website says, the staff was barely "multilingual" (at least in English). The rooms were very small and hard to get around, with nowhere to store luggage or clothing. There is NO phone in the room. So, you cannot even call the front desk. If you need something, even in the middle of the night, you have to get dressed and walk down to the reception desk (where you will not be greeted; if anybody is there at all). Then, to top it all off, they charged my credit card THREE times! Be aware that, as opposed to most hotels that just authorize your credit card at check-in, they actually charge it (which we didn't learn until we were handed the charge receipt). So, when we wanted to pay with cash at check-out, they actually charged my card double AGAIN, instead of crediting it back (which, again, they were unapologetic about). If you live in Germany and are just visiting Munich for a very short business trip, perhaps this is place for you. Otherwise, I see absolutely no reason anybody would ever want to stay here. This is definitely not a tourist's hotel.

Coming from motorway A9 (North): take exit Schwabing-Mittlerer Ring West. Follow Mittlerer Ring towards Lindau (A96)/Garmisch (A95). Take exit Landsberger Straße/Stadtmitte and turn left into Landsberger Straße at the traffic light.
