When we arrived at the K&K Hotel we were told that there was a problem and we would have to stay at a nearby hotel. They did give us a free breakfast for our trouble, BUT although the room was ok there was no heat in the room. It had gotten cold that night and it made it a bit uncomfortable before going to bed. After three phone calls to the desk a small electric heater was brought to the room. Further, I pointed out to the desk clerk that the K&K included free wireless service. He told me that he would have to wait until the next day to get an ok from management. Other than the very good breakfast, the experience was not good at all.

This hotel is in a fantastic location (U-Bahn station directly outside front door) for enjoying the city of Munich. The staff are very welcoming,efficient and knowledgeable about the area and city. If you want a good restaurant, try the Wirsthaus in Sendling (One stop on the U6 train).

Great hotel in a convenient location for Siemens! The only disadvantage was that there was no WLAN coverage in our rooms (22x) although the hotel in general had WLAN access.
