877-662-6988As all hotels of this chain, it offers the personal service and the comforts of a first class hotel. No matter which direction you come from, the property is within easy access and only a few minutes by underground from the main railway station and downtown.
Its proximity to the metro and train station, Oktoberfest grounds, restaurants, beer gardens and shopping areas makes it particularly attractive for both business and leisure travellers.
When we arrived at the K&K Hotel we were told that there was a problem and we would have to stay at a nearby hotel. They did give us a free breakfast for our trouble...

If cancellation is made after 4pm one day prior to arrival or in case of a no show we will charge the guest for the first night. For the following periods 5-9 February, 9-13 and 22-26 May, 7-10 June, 16 September – 6 October, 10-14 and 17-20 October, 14-18 November cancellation has to be done 3 days prior to arrival otherwise we will charge the guest 80% of the booking amount.You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

When we arrived at the K&K Hotel we were told that there was a problem and we would have to stay at a nearby hotel. They did give us a free breakfast for our trouble, BUT although the room was ok there was no heat in the room. It had gotten cold that night and it made it a bit uncomfortable before going to bed. After three phone calls to the desk a small electric heater was brought to the room. Further, I pointed out to the desk clerk that the K&K included free wireless service. He told me that he would have to wait until the next day to get an ok from management. Other than the very good breakfast, the experience was not good at all.

This hotel is in a fantastic location (U-Bahn station directly outside front door) for enjoying the city of Munich. The staff are very welcoming,efficient and knowledgeable about the area and city. If you want a good restaurant, try the Wirsthaus in Sendling (One stop on the U6 train).

Great hotel in a convenient location for Siemens! The only disadvantage was that there was no WLAN coverage in our rooms (22x) although the hotel in general had WLAN access.
