Subways and suburban trains, with direct connection to the airport and the fair grounds of Munich are right beside the hotel.

I was traveling with my husband and grandson. The city is charming. The location of the hotel is very convenient. We came from Salzburg by train and were flying to Chicago. The breakfast was very good and beautifully served. The WEB site VENERE.com is made very professionally. It allowed us easily to update the reservation on a spot. I compare the quality with Directrooms.com.

Excellent location, comfortable stay. Wide choice for breakfast. Most of all, very helpful staff at the reception. Located right next to the Hauptbahnhof, & a five-minute walk to Marienplatz. What more does one need?

First stay in this hotel in Munich would again for sure. Breakfast staff and all staff excellent, humorous and caring and assisted me in learning how to pronounce some german I did not know. Very excellent stay.

The welcome area was not the real entrance-hall. The single-beds were very comfotable (1,40 m wide). Extremly close to the main-station and city. The shower is very high and not adjustable.

The staff were great but couldn't possibly make up for the size of room (think of a matchbox). Location is fantastic - but if in summer, there is NO A/C and no fan provided, so you will have to open the window and listen to all passersby (even if they whisper).

L'albergo è situato vicino alla stazione ed a pochi passi dalla zona pedonale. La stanza era di dimensioni contenute perchè, probabilmente, era stata ristrutturata per ottenere un ambiente bagno/gabinetto. Tale ambiente era poco spazioso e scomodo da usare. Una delle addette alla reception parlava un fluente italiano ed è stata molto gentile e dispomibile aiutandomi in varie situazioni.

This hotel is incredibly convenient if you arrive in Lucerne by train. It is a very easy walk from the station. That means that it is also an easy walk to most of the sights in the old city and to points of embarkment for travels on the lake. Our room was very spacious, with a large and convenient bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful and accomodating to suggest ways to see Lucerne and the lake area. An internet service at a reasonable price was available in the lobby.
