Nice, clean hotel and very good price, located right next to the S-Bahn (Laim). The only thing I did not like was that the room was smelling a bit smoky.

There was only one manko. there were streetworkers around the hotel, so the access wasnt easy, but this is not your fault. for me everything was ok.

I've been really well in this hotel on 3-4 August. Breakfast is good and rich. You can park your car in a private area or garage for 7.50-10 per night. Our room was cleany but don't forget your own shower gel. It was a double room with private WC. They don't give to you. It's a bit far from the centre but you can get the metro in front of the hotel and it's just 5 minutes from Marianplatz. If I'll come back in Munich for sure I'll get beack in this Hotel.
