"slim buffet". you have an extra charge for cappuccino, eggs and other. Room are clean and quiet, but very simple and bathroom needs a renovation (last time may be in '70). They only speek German. NOBODY SPEEKS ENGLISH or ITALIAN. 3 minutes by car from the lake. 3 minutes walking from the lift for the mountain.

Location - excellent; room - very clean, fresh and modern although somewhat small but I did not see that as a serious downside. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast comprehensive. Ideally located accommodation close to central train station and the old part of the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Well located close to the centre of the city and main station. Breakfast buffet was quite good. Photographs were not accurate for our particular room however this was a very pleasant stay.

This hotel was great. Room was clean and quiet. Only a short walk from train station. Laundromat a short walk away. Hotel was better than the photo's I had viewed before booking. Would recommend the New Europe Tours Third Reich Tour which was very informative. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

- The hotel was pretty regular, at least the bedroom we got. We got two single bedrooms instead of one double bedroom. + Pretty clean and the location is perfect. Within walking distance to the city center and the OktoberFest. I was not too expensive according to the closest hotels.
