It was very clean and cozy hotel, and very modern! We arrived late evening and check-in was without meeting personnel, i.e. dial code for the mailbox to get the keys to enter the building and room. Good thing - they provide tea kettle/cups in the room. The bed was a bit small, but good quality.

Overall a nice place to stay. We found that it was within walking distance to the train so that made it easy to get downtown. The morning breakfast was quite nice and the restaurant in the building provided a great dinner with a nice little beer garden out back. The neighborhood also has plenty of smaller shops for internet, food, hair care, pharmacy, and a couple small cafe's/deli's. The staff were very helpful and pleasant overall save for the cleaning person. While we did run a couple minutes behind getting out in the morning (11:05 for 11:00 checkout) we found it annoying that the cleaning person started knocking on the door every five minutes starting at 10:45 to see if we were done yet. I get being prompt and all, but this was especially aggravating as we still had time to vacate when she began knocking. In the future we would likely try something closer to downtown as this hotel was primarily suited for business travelers.

Small room and very hot - no air conditioner. Near to the S+U-Bahn and accessible to city centre. Is necessary to include properly the map, otherwise, is very confusing.

Apparently we got a smoking-room (don't know if they all are smoking rooms) so that was a bit irritating. The room was otherwise very clean but we had to keep to window open for several hours to get rid of the smell...Otherwise the stay was definetly a good one.

The room was really TINY! The bed was supposed to be a double bed but was actually something like a queen size bed so too small for 2 people. Strong cigarette smell. Maybe to recommend to people coming by car since it's easy to park (in the garage or on the street) but otherwise I think there are some much nicer hotels much closer to downtown (for a similar rate). Breakfast was not included and costs 12 euros!

Since we drove from Austria towards Munich, the hotel was very easily reached from the highway. There are many parking places around, though it might be difficult to find a free one. In any case, we decided to park in the garage for a nominal fee. The room was ideal for a young pair. The Chinese restaurant nearby (which we read in one of the reviews) was really good and well recommended. The train/ug connection to city is really good, the station being only about 5 mins. walking distance from the hotel. Also, to drive to city was pretty easy. There are supermarkets and cafés nearby. Altogether a very nice and pleasant place to stay. We enjoyed our weekend in Munich, also thanks to our pleasant stay in the hotel.

The hotel is located in a residential area which is very quiet, safe. And subway is only 10 minutes walking distance. We had several luggage and just walked to the hotel easily. We were very satisfied with our stay here; the room is very clean, the staff are very nice people. For people who like Chinese food, there is a very good Chinese restaurant only five minutes walking distance from the hotel. The food is very good, the owner and staff are very nice people. Its name is "Chi Wan". Phone: 089/637 49 76.

We were visiting during Oktoberfest, so rates were obviously higher. This means we think the rates high for the hotel, but overall, it is a good option for staying in Munich. The hotel is well out in the suburbs, but it is located very close to the U-bahn, and the trip into town is very easy. The hotel is clean and the staff cordial and competent. Having read earlier comments, we decided to skip the hotel provided breakfast (12 Euros a person) and had instead very good coffee and breads/sweet rolls at the coffee shop next door for about 6 Euros total. Also, we noticed grocery stores and pharmacies very close to the hotel. Overall, while a very small room, it was clean, well located and a good place to stay - especially during Oktoberfest.

This hotel was very clean and in a nice area. It was in the outskirts, so that was a nice repreive from all the busy tourist spots during the day. The people at the desk were competent English speakers, which helped stop any misunderstandings. The only complaint I have is that they didn't ask whether or not the room I wanted was smoking or non-smoking. Other than that, my stay was great. They have a good restaurant next door with delicious dishes, which are not too expensive for a traveler on a lower budget. I would stay here again.

Me and my wife have been in Munich for tourism, found the hotel perfect for this since it's close to both S-Bahn and U-Bahn railstations and it's very easy to reach any part of the city and come back at night. It's sited in a headquarters zone and it's very quite and safe at night. Unlickily we had other custormers waking we up at 7am with yells and loughs in the corridor. Rooms are quite small for two adults, a double bed room has some of an "outside" bed, half-way between a normal-sized single bed and a double bed and one side is against the wall so it was very hard for me to get off the bed. Anyhow room was clean and the staff was friendly and speaking a good english.

Small rooms but enough for 4 days. If they exist, ask for a non-smoking room... (the first day our room smelt awfully). Well connected with the city center (neuperlach sud station, not therese-giese-allée!!!). If you are travelling to Munich in winter, go in december: christmas markets, tollwood festival, best environment!!! If possible, go and see Neuschwanstein castle (2 hours by train), spectacular!!!

Taking into account the sharp rise in the Euro and the fact that it is only a five minute walk to the S-Bahn/U-Bahn Station (Neuperlach Sud), a community within Munich. This hotel is a very good deal and most reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel to a single traveller. It is worth noting that the room, though basic, was immaculate.

Due to previous comments we did not have breakfast in the hotel but a bit further down the road which was excellent and cheap. Rooms at EURO 120 were a bit overpriced but than it was the okotober party so everything was probably very expensive. very close to the U-bahn whic was very conveneint.

Small but clean and modern furnished room. Good offer considering the price. We pay 25 EURO per night. Venere.com offer was better than direct hotel offer! Not much happening round hotel. But you can take uban. A few stations up you will find fun. Hotel is not suitable for person without underground pass - to far from center. Last uban leaves round 01 at the morning. Next to the hotel you will find small shopping facility. There you can have breakfast - Chinese food cort or you can buy food in the shop and eat there. Hotel has also nice restaurant offering breakfast however it is a bit more expensive than in the next door shop.

I really can recommend this hotel, because for this price you can never get any other hotel too. The rooms are small, but everything is very clean and the employees are really very competent.
