Hotel Orly - Munich

Excellent East Indian restaurant a couple of blocks away. Convenient free parking behind hotel. Exceptional free breakfast.

There is no parking there.

Generally speaking, rates of accommodation in Munich might be expensive. Even during the Octoberfest, prices were too high for this hotel. Moreover, I felt cool in room because of no air conditioning. I stayed also at Berlin, Nuremberg and Jena, the price of the same kind of hotel room with air conditioner, were less than 100 euros.

Hotel Orly provides good basic and clean accomodation - and a great breakfast for the price. Our room was not one to hang about in - more a place to sleep and not much more.

The room was small.They didnt clean well my room.

Big room and very big and comfortable beds (always individual beds, also in the double room); small bathroom but clean. Very silent area, good breakfast. Small reception and breakfast room, can be both overcrowded. If you have the room at ground floor near the reception (no.19) you can be waken up in early morning by groups carrying suitcases into the bus outside!

Nice stay with a good variey for breakfast. Would stay there again. Only downside is sometimes there was a shortage of parking space.

Hotel Orly, was great option for our short stay. The location of the hotel is great as its surrounded with some restaurants and its close to the subway station, so you can get to the city center quite fast. The breakfast in the hotel are awesome. There is a great variety of food and it is so tasty. I am recommending the hotel, definitely its worth the value.

The room was very clean and sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast was great, exceeding my expectations for a 3 star hotel. However, the room on the 5th floor was quite cold, although the central heating was on all night long. Also the information on the website about parking is misleading. There is no free parking at this hotel. The courtyard they are talking about is not for parking. The hotel receptionist told that it was just for unloading baggage from your vehicle. She warned us that if we park there, the police would fine us 15 Euros. The hotel offers its own garage for 10 Euros. Otherwise the receptionist told us to park in the street, which costs 6 Euros. Walking to the old town (Karlstor) from the hotel takes about 30 - 40 minutes. Therefore it is convenient.

Good Hotel. Good breakfast and surrounding.

When I arrived with some friends, the receptionist helped us a lot. The relationship price/quality was good and the breakfast has been perfect. We reccomend you to come.

My daughter staid at a better hotel at one third the cost

The English of staff was very nice. Access to the center of city from the hotel is easy. But the building is quite old.
