hotel situato a poca distanza dalla stazione centrale Hauptbanhof in una zona con prevalenza di locali e negozi turchi. tuttavia molto tranquillo. appena arrivati ci ricevono in modo gentile e disponibile e soprattutto veloci a darci stanza e fare chek-in. inoltre ci indicano posti e ci spiegano che loro hanno tickets di quasi tutto(musei, metro, spettacoli, partite calcio..). le stanza 112 era un pochino piccola ma pulite. il bagno piccolo ma funzionale. la Tv , piccola, trasmette però solo canali tedeschi.l'adsl è a pagamento in camera. la colazione inclusa è servita fino alle 10 e 30/45 ed è varia ed abbondante. anche le ragazze che servono sono molto simpatiche. l hotel sembra essre a gestione familiare in 4 giorni abbiamo dialogato in italiano quasi con tutti al front office. il giudizio è positivo - lo consiglio per permanenze brevi. il prezzo si aggira sugli 80 euro al giorno per una doppia.

Mirabell staff is very friendly and helpful, everybody speaks English. I saw couples, families, single women, businessmen at the breakfast.

Whilst the accomodation is pretty basic, and the bathroom quite small, all was clean. the breakfast was excellent, there was even scrambled eggs. The staff were excellent, very accomodating, polite and welcoming. it was very nice that the hotel had a bar where you could have a drink, even late at night.

Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money, room was upgraded to small suite, breakfast choices were outstanding! Very convenient for train travel, very close to train station. Interior of hotel much nicer looking than exterior picture.

Mirabell is good value for money. Excellent location and a nice staff. The only negative thing I can mention was the heavy noise from the neighbouring streets.

Problems to find the hotell, as the real address had a different entrance than the one in the description. But when we had found it, it was very central. Overall: Good value for money.

The hotel staffs are very polite, kind, and helpful. The breakfast is o.k. The rooms are a bit small and lack air-condition, which may cause a problem in hot days. The rooms also lack a small refrigerator. The location is very handy to visit town center, but it is also a bit crowded and dirty. On the whole, my wife and I were satisfied.

Bad experience with unbelievable noise from the street during the night and early in the morning. Many immigrants' shops and activities. Immigrants dispute and quarreling. Non so good location, anyway we had no problems.

During our stay it was exceptionally HOT, and without air conditioning...it was a challenge to sleep. There were fans provided and these were salvation.

This is the second time we have stayed here; that says alot about the place. The staff is friendly, polite and helpful, the rooms though not large, are clean and well kept. The breakfast is excellent, with more than enough of everything. The location, two blocks from the central train station, makes it easy to access the city and airport. Street noise may be an issue to some, but that goes with the neighborhood. I would stay there again,without a doubt.

Hotel is in a seedy part of town but it is actually excellent (the waiter actually filled up my flask for me so that I could have morning coffee elsewhere!). Breakfast was nice and service very good. I would recommend it. It is also very close to the Hauptbahnhof and all amenities, we walked everywhere.

La atención es muy buena (hablan aleman, inglés e italiano). El desayuno esta bien. Tiene el parking en el mismo hotel. El sector esta bien, esta lleno de hoteles y hay muchos lugares para comer (comida arabe principalmente) que si bien no son lo mejor sirven para salir del paso. En el sector también hay algunos sexshop y nighclubs pero el ambiente no es malo. Nosotros caminabamos sin ningún problema. El centro esta a unos 5-10 minutos andando donde se pueden encontrar lugares mejores para comer. Yo volvería a este hotel sin dudarlo.

L'accoglienza del personale dell'hotel mirabell è stata ottima fin dall'inizio; tutte le persone che si sono alternate alla reception e alla sala breakfast sono state molto cordiali, gentili e, soprattutto, tutte in grado di parlare/comprendere l'italiano. La pulizia dell'hotel non si discute. La colazione è ottima, varia e abbondante. Logisticamente, l'albergo è molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e a circa un quarto d'ora di cammino dal centro. La zona in cui è ubicato, al primo impatto, non è bella ma alla lunga ci si rende conto che è comunque tranquilla.

The room was a little noisy but not too much to sleep; bath is small but clean, the hotel is not very nice outside but in side is ok and the staff is friendly. Brekfast is ok

The staff was exceptionally helpful from beginning to end. The breakfasts were quite nice. It was an easy walk to the train station and on to the main shopping areas. The two blocks to the station were a bit sketchie, but otherwise everything was great!

Excellent location with close access to the train station and the town center. Hotel staff polite and helpful. two room apartment for for a family with two children suited us ideally. Rooms were spotlessly clean with good internet access available at a charge. Would definately stay again at the same hotel when visiting Munich again.

It's a nice hotel with good service. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good though the canteen is not spacious. Location is convenient for going to other area and for shopping as well.

Nice hotel, good location, staff very friendly and helpful. VERY good breakfasts. The only complaint is the hotel is FILLED with cigarette smoke in the lobby. Our room was no smoking, and the breakfast room is no smoking, but they allow the guests to smoke in the hallways and lobby. As soon as you step outside your room you are COVERED with smoke. Our clothes were filled with the smell of smoke. Very unpleasant. I think this hotel would be much more improved if they didn't allow smoking in the lobby, because there is no where for the smoke to escape.

We had reserved a double room but although they denied it I am pretty sure we were given a single room since there was only 1 pillow, towel, etc. This was the smallest hotel room we have ever had but given that we were really only there to sleep at night it was fine for our needs. Just a short walk from the main train station and a 10 minute walk to old city it was a very central location for site seeing. We had a room facing the alley which was very quiet at night - if you faced the street you may have had more noise. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of food and variety. We got off to a great start each morning. Overall a good stay would recommend it if you are out of your room most of the day.

Appena arrivati in hotel ci é stato detto che a causa di un problema di acqua dovevamo alloggiare altrove. Siamo stati quindi acompagnati all'hotel Apollo, in una strada laterale, hotel tristissimo e caldo, con una colazione insoddisfacente (quindi ovviamente i commenti si riferiscono all'hotel Apollo). In piu'alle 6 del mattino la radio-sveglia senza che noi l'avessimo toccata ha suonato svegliandoci. Giudizio decisamente negativo. A dire la verita' non sono convinta che davvero al Mirabell non ci fosse acqua..piuttosto credo che non ci fosse una camera libera per noi che restavamo solo una notte (e che pure avevamo prenotato mesi prima).

I stayed there with my mum from 6/Jul/06 for 2 nights. Because our room was facing a busy road it was very noisy from early in the morning and my mum couldn't sleep very well. Other than that we think hotel is good for a short stay. The location of the hotel is good coz its close to the central station.

The breakfast is excellent and the lady in charge is very nice and graceful. All is well except that the pillow and bed are too soft, which may be the standard in Germany.

I cannot say enough good things about the Hotel Mirabelle! The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and the price was the lowest possible for the area. I do not speak much German, but the staff all spoke very good English (and, apparently, Italian and perhaps other languages). If you require a lot of space, then this hotel is not the ideal--there is not a lot of space to "spread out" in the room. But it is two blocks from the train station, and thus two blocks from the underground. It is very convenient for most things that a tourist would like to do. If I am ever again in Munich, I will certainly choose the Hotel Mirabelle!

Good (close to the train station), but an uninteresting location, restaurants other than Middle Eastern are a walk to get to. You have to pay for EuroSports. The breakfast area can get crowded; even at 6:30 a.m. They were requesting patrons to make breakfast reservation. Not really my kind of place.

This was a return visit to this hotel. It is very close to the main train station providing great access in and then to the subway/bus system.The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent buffet. This will be our first choice for any return visits to Munchen.
