Nice hotel, small, a little bit oldfashioned, but charming, only 5 minutes walk to metro station nr. 3, 15 minutes walk to the renaturated valley of the river Isar and animal park Hellabrunn (S-Bahn station Thalkirchen), good breakfast, nice staff. We'd stay there again.

I had an excellent stay at the Hotel Galleria. It was a great value, and the hotel itself is quite charming and unique. If you are looking for a mid-range hotel that is different from your average chain hotel, I highly recommend it. Breakfast was also good, and good value. The location is very nice - it's a quiet neighborhood. Warning - on the map it looks like Thalkirchen is the closest U-bahn stop. It's not! It's actually the stop past Thal.

This is a nice hotel. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are not too large, but confortable. The breakfast is very variegated. The only flow is that there isn't a lift. THe subway in to 5 minutes to walk Overall it's a good hotel

The personnel was very friendly and forestalling. This made the hotel very attractive. The single room was very small and something neglected. The bath was clean.

The hotel was old and dirty. The room was damp en there were several stains on the wall because of moist. The furniture was about to fall apart and the bathroom wasn't claeaned properly. Allthough staff was friendly, overall impression was poor. Won't choose this hotel ever again and won't recommend it to anyone.

Hotel modesto, prezzi bassi e buon servizio!! Ottima la colazione e la disponibilità.

We were 3 people staying 3 nights in 1 double and 1 single room. We paid 3800 Euros At that price, the quality of rooms was nearly zero. Even if I can understand that the Bauma period creates a real need and lack of hotels, it's not a good reason to steal foreign visitors OK we knew the price before confirmation, but I thought we would have great rooms and great services for it. It was not the case. Very disapointed !

Vacation at the end of a business trip. The accommodations were very small, but clean. The location was close to the zoo which was an attraction to see but nothing else. It was a twenty to thirty minute journey to get to the heart of Munich. The staff was excellent and the service as well.

Excellant English speaking staff. Although it says you can pay with Credit Card they push you to pay in cash. Would stay again. Our reservations were messed up; however they accomodated us with no problem.

We got this hotel to attend the Oktoberfest. We got an amazingly low price of Euro 105 despite the influx of guests attending the fest. The room was quite small and our three-bed room was actually a double with a roll away. Drinks were available for purchase in an in-room refrigator, but when I unlocked the cooler door, it fell off due to a broken hinge. The available closet was not suitable to hanging any clothes due to the presence of a strong, undesirable odor inside. The breakfast room was pleasant and the complimentary breakfast was excellent! The staff was courteous and helpful. I don't know that I would stay here for a long term stay, but for a one or two overnighter it will certainly get my business again. Parking is on site for a fee of 5 Euro per day. The web site is confusing since it shows that parking is free on one page, but correctly announces the 5 Euro charge on an other. The hotel is within a short 4-5 block walk to the U-bahn station, then a quick 4-stop trip to the Oktoberfest grounds, or stay on for two more stops to downtown Munich and the Marienplatz.

Hotel much further away from public transport than indicated. sore finger carrying heavy suitcases can verify this!. fine if you're driving, off the beaten track. they did recommend a good bavarian restaurant 5 mins away,10pm at night. such a small ensuite, could clean teeth while on toilet! staff friendly until we tried to pay for bill with credit card. In the end had to pay extra to eventually pay with card. this was not mentioned anywhere.

Excellent stay and good property. Room was very tight for 2 adults and 2 children but manageable. Breakfast good and service from staff excellent. Got lost on the way into Munich but probably not the fault of directions etc.

Cute little hotel, but very difficult to find without directions (the map did not suffice). Staff was friendly and breakfast was ok. Pricy considering it was outside the main city area.

Hotel is on a busy road, so there is traffic noise, but it wasn't too bad. Within walking distance to a beer garden! Christophe was great about helping us with luggage & directions, and he was great with our kids. We would stay here again.

This hotel disappointed right from the start, next to a busy main road, unkept gardens, shabby looking building followed by incompetent staff who claim that we had ask for our travelling companions to be placed in the same rooms as yourselves - just not true. If you want a shabby hotel, with the bear minimum of service, peace & quite, location and enjoyment, then this is the place. And to top it all of, the price is way to high for what is on offer, it should be around the 30/40 € mark. One word to sum this place up: Shocking.

I´m pleased with almost everything. But I´ve to complain about the four people room. The bed for two made with the sofa was awful and very unconfortable. It was small for two, it hadn´t the required softness and it had very pronounced unevennesses.

I object only 2 things: one it's about the room; I asked for a triple room and this is quite different from a double room with an additional folding bed. Second thing: I read that the parking would be free of charge but it wasn't 'cause we paid 5 euro. However, the brakfast was great and their welcoming very warm! The man at the reception was so nice!
