Hotel Dolomit - Munich

Room' furniture is very old and partially broken, everything is very old and heavily used.

Although I would rate my overall satisfaction is 7, next time I will think twice before paying almost 140 €/night for a 2-star hotel.

This hotel turnes out to be in the "red light district" which was a surprise. If you don't mind walking past 4 strip clubs on one side of the steet, in a one block area, it was ok at best. The rooms were ok but seemed to be a bit dirty and not well kept broken shower and faucet on sink. The price I felt was extremely high for the money. The only good thing was that it was close to the train station, well within walking distance. If this would have been the last hotel we stayed on our trip instead of the first, I would have never stayed here. The rest of Germany was excellent and the rooms spotless and welcoming.

I had never been to Munich before this. Hotel Dolomit is situated as close as you can get to the Hauptbahnhof, which is ideal for travellers who are either visiting just Munich or are going to stay just one night and are then riding to some other city. I also think that the quality of this hotel is awesome for the money you are investing. You got comfy and clean rooms and the staff changes the towels every day.

Although Russia is the most expensive country in the World, prices for 3* hotels in Saint-Petersburgh, for example, are lower, but quality is much higher than in 2* Dolomit Hotel.
