The cocoon hotel is more than our expectation. The room is lovely and clean. Plus, we can have a relax time at the end of the day. The reception ladies are very nice and helpful. Will absolutely visit again.

My husband and I were blown away at the size of the rooms and the hip and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast looked delightful, but I think its overpriced. It is a good 15 minute walk from the train station, but totally worth the walk to stay there. We loved the green and orange decor, the iPod port was so convenient, and other than a minor water heater problem, we had a trouble-free stay. I had read reviews about having a glass shower door--our room did not have that, so perhaps you can specify if you prefer a non-see-through door. We were there 2 nights the beginning of May and they appeared to have a lot of guests already. The WiFi was pretty convenient and worked almost seamlessly.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

90 % of the first night.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
