good hotel in a quiet location with easy access to the underground and only minutes from the city centre by train . We stayed during the champions league final, when other hotels were charging a fortune this was reasonably priced . Would stay here again and recommend it as a good base to see the city . Breakfast was very good

Services provided by the receptionists during late night and early morning were exceptionally great. The place was kept clean. So that was another positive thing about the hotel. But everything else was not satisfactory.

Goof hotel but rooms VERY small, not like at the pics. A website gives another image as it really is. Breakfast was very good though. One more good thing is the location - close to U_Bahn and S-Bahn.

Hotel was nice, staff in the restaurant don't know very well English causes some misunderstanding. Rooms are a bit smaller than in photo but them are ok. (Double comfort room) The Underground is located more or less at 5 minutes from the hotel, so generally you are in Marienplatz in less then 15 minutes.

Free wifi is for 30 minutes a day. Speed is reasonably fast. Breakfast included offers some hot items. It is a pleasant hotel, close to S and U-bahns, at a reasonable price.

Very nice hotel. Public transportation (S,U) was within a short walk and very convenient getting to the city. The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were reasonable after seeing what other room rates were, closer to Munich. The proximity of the hotel to rail was excellent although the hotel was somewhat hidden. Maybe a small sign along the way from the rail station would help. German rail transportation is excellent. Clean, punctual, pleasant and extremely easy to use due to the convenient locations of the stations. Probably better than the Japanese simply because there is less crowding. Food was also accessible during store hours, which should be posted in the hotel. The hotel personnel spoke excellent English. Way better than my German. The breakfast was outstanding. The people were friendly and eager to tell about their travels. Concerns: 1. Visitors should be told immediately that the stores close on Sunday and earlier than the US (8:00pm) on weekdays. This would have been good information when shopping for food after arriving at night. Thank goodness the ESSO station had sandwiches and drinks. 2. It seems that there is no "ventilation" to the outside, for German bathrooms. This is a problem in a small hotel room. If vents are not available, then a spray "room deodorizer" should be in the bathroom for the guests. This would be a good recommendation to incoming guests. 3. A list of local restaurants and maps to get to them, would be a welcome item in the room. I am sure the restaurants would pay to advertise their locations for tourists. Observations: 1. At first, the lack of trash on streets was a mystery. Then we realized why. If you charge everyone for every package of salt and pepper, plastic bag, plastic fork etc, then there is no trash because people are careful about what they buy. There is no trash because people won't buy it. Pretty simple solution to the problem. The US should look into this strategy. 2. We found one flaw in the road system that should have been evident to the German people....but they are too close to the problem. A. The average speeds on the

Prices were on the high side but it was due to the World Cup. Hotel was a little far from the city center, but very close to the subway system which was easy to use. Great breakfast.
