Very comfortble mattresses & pillows. Walking distance to Lehel subway, all major sights and Bavarian National Museum. English Garden is two blocks away. Great variety at breakfast (13 Euro). For a cheaper catering option, there is a nice small food store just a few steps from the hotel. Two German restaurants are a short walking distance to the right of teh hotel, even a shorter walk to the left is a very pleasant Italian restaurant with great food (a bit pricey though). Elevator stops between floors - would not recommend for travellers with heavier luggage. Noise isolation could be better. Some renovation was underway during our stay, which was a bit annoying, but we did not get much of it since we were not spending time at the hotel during the daytime. Overall a reasonable hotel, good for a short stay, although pretty generic, nothing special.

For the price as high as €250/night, the quality of the room, interior, and facility were poor. I am not sure the price was for "high season" (oktober festa). Even located in the center of Munich, €120-150 seemed to be reasonable for the room in which we stayed.

How to reach City Partner Hotel Adria
By airplane
From the airport: take the city train (either S1 or S8) and get off at the Karlsplatz/Stachus stop. Change into subway U4 or U5, and then get off at the Lehel station. Take the exit in the direction the train travels. At the top of the stairs keep left and exit at Thierschplatz. Turn right and follow the Triftstraße for 150 meters, then left into the Liebigstraße, house number 8/a.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
