We liked this hotel. We stayed for 12 nights in late October. The location is very convenient, with most of central München within easy walking distance. I would say our room didn't fully match the decor depicted in the photos, but it was neat and clean, and overlooked the attractive courtyard. I saw no sign of air-conditioning in our room, but from the advertising, I assume many of the rooms must have it. The staff were friendly and very helpful. When I asked about a scale to weigh our luggage for the flight home, they even went out and bought one for us! The free wireless internet service was problematic. The signal was weak to the point of being intermittent in our room. I had to go down to the fairly busy lobby to get a useable signal, and some other guests were doing the same. This was frustrating. If you actually need internet access for business purposes, take this into account. Overall, I would say very good value for money. The available breakfast buffet was good and fairly extensive. The staff were great. Not a luxury hotel, but a clean and comfortable spot at the end of the day. Would stay again.

Nothing negative that I can remember. Breakfast was good, although it was not included in the not so cheap price of the room. Metro stop is 2 minutes walk but you dont even need it if you want to go to the center. For the price standards of Munich, I would recommend it.

The room was very spacious and there was very easy access to downtown Munich. The staff was quite helpful. The price was quite good. There were only two things that I thought would have made my stay nicer. For parking there was a fee which I did not know about and the room had quite a strong strange institutional smell. Otherwise everything was great. They have a nice dining facility downstairs and it was quite pleasant.

Good location in Munchen and helpful staff who understood English. I had a meal at the Hotel restaurant on the last night of my stay and the steak was perfect.

We were surprised that the surrounding neighborhood from the train station was so "rough/red light" but once past that we were comfortable. The breakfast was super, staff very helpful and accomodating BUT the noise level was very high. Other guests were loud and awakened us through the night and early morning.

We were please that the hotel was able to rebook the rooms we chose to vacate for the second night of our two night stay. However, the Reservations Manager was abrupt and fairly impolite when we inquired about the possibility of vacating the rooms. The woman at the front desk in the morning was helpful and kind. The woman at the front desk in the late afternoon and evening was rather unpleasant. The breakfast was good and the staff in the breakfast room was very pleasant. The rooms seemed dirty. It was a noisy stay and we did not get a good night's sleep.

This is a beautiful hotel with an Italian decor. The best part of this small cozy hotel is the diningroom. It feels as though you are sitting in an Italian café gazing off into the rolling hills of Tuscany. The complimentary breakfast was out of this world! A little bit of everything from eggs to sweet rolls to fresh fruit and wonderful coffee. The staff was very helpful with directions around Munich, and the location of the hotel was a block away from the U-Bahn. A very nice place to stay!!

The room had a balcony, with sunshine in the room in the mornings, on a chilly day. The breakfast area was excellent, with the outdoor eating and casual dining furniture. The smokers that gather in the bar/reception area spoil the atmsosphere when going into breakfast.

This hotel is at best average. The first room that they gave us was really small and old. Some things in the bathroom didn't work right. We requested a change and the other room was more acceptable in better condition and a bit larger. The areawhere is located is ok, one block from the subway and about a mile from the main train station. The Spanish restaurant close to the hotel is very good but the service very slow. If you walk a couple of blocks, you may find more alternatives. We had problems with the man in the reception when we left. He didn't give us a wake up call as requested, couldn't operate the credit card machine, was very clumsy and he was very sleepy at 5:00 am. The other young lady was very good and with excellent customer service sense. Breakfast was good - average too - typical of other hotels. In general an average hotel. I may or may not stay there again. Probably will try something different to get more for my money.
