No complaints except for the lack of an accessible internet, very quiet, friendly staff, very clean functional room, perfect hotel for a no-frills rapid stay in the city, easy access to the center

The staff messed up our reservation. They offered us two options, so we had to choose the less annoying, although they offered us one breakfast for free in exchange. The rooms were very spacious.

Good value for money. It is located very close to a U-bahn station and yet, still withing walking distance from Marianplatz if you want to save money by walkin (20 minutes walk). The kitchenette in the room was a pleasant surprise, you can make your own coffee or heat up some soup in the room.

I wish they had a WiFi available in the hotel and I hope they improve on that for my next visit to this otherwise wonderfully maintained and extremely pleasant hotel.

We stayed at GHOTEL twice during our recent trip. The reason we chose it the second time was because of its proximity to a metro station (just around the corner) and the fact that when you come out of the hotel and look towards the lefthand side, you have the most amazing view of St. Paul's Church. Our room had everything we needed - no complaints. Not much in the way of decor and style in the rooms. The lobby led us to believe there would be more style to the rooms. However, at the end of the day, this was not essential for us.

Everything was fine except the front desk is closed 2300 to 0700 and I arrived at 2400. A key was available after a phone call. Good location and good value. Rooms are small but have everything in them including a small kitchen. I would stay again

Hi, it was my first time in Munich and it was important to have a well situated hotel to visit the centre in three days. This hotel is situated close to the subway and the centre can be reached also by foot in my opinion. Rooms are very quite thanks also to the good windows. Unfortunately the wall-to-wall-carpet was quite dirty but I think they are always... The kitchenette was a great help to avoid the expensive breakfast (12 euros/pax/day). I recommend absolutely!

The staff is unfriendly and unkind. We have booked a double room but at the arrival they said that were available only single rooms. We completely refused this option and began to whine, then suddenly one double room appeared available... Positive notes: very large and clean rooms, close to underground station.

I was in a hurry to book the hotel and therefore, forgot to read the fine prints on this hotel. Unlike most of the european hotels, breakfast is not included. It was my bad so I don't have much to say about Breakfast. I have a big problem with NO INTERNET. The front desk simply told us internet is unavailable even if we are willing to pay for it. It is totally different than what is described on the website. In addition, the noise from the street is unbearable. If someone is to check-in after 11 pm, they need to call a phone # and get a code to access the Key Box. Unfortunately, those who check-in after 11pm decided to bang on the door for 5 minutes until they realized that they should call the # instead. Me and my husband has too listen to those "BANG BANG BANG BANG" every night we stayed there as we stayed in a room above the entrance. In addition to that, there are noises in the early morning (6 am) on the street, eg. trash removal, etc, etc, etc. Long story short, I am sure you can find somewhere quiet with the money you pay. Stay away unless you have no choice. It is more like a motel than 3 Star hotel to me. I guess the good side of this "hotel" is that it is 5 mins walk from the S-Bahn and 20 mins walk from the Main Train Station.

El trayecto entre la estación y el hotel se torna un tanto dificil, ya que la zona nos es muy buena. Es mejor llegar y salir en el metro.
