Eden Hotel Wolff - Munich

I have provided the following comments tot the hotel management: 1) The carpet in the room was very dirty - lots of stains. 2) The access to the security box almost impossible as it is located too close to the floor. 3) The bathroom door can't be closed. 4) The TV antena not setup properly, hence the reception not clear. Please note, the price and the star rating for this hotel is very much inflated !!!!

Good place to stay for one or two nights. Clean, well maintained. Located next to main train station.

Very good location for 1-2 night stay, if moing through the area: about 100 feet from the train station (Hauptbahnhof)platforms, and 10 mins on foot from Marienplatz and other downtown attractions. Clean, safe, convenient: hard to ask for more.

The location across from the train station was extremely convenient, if not as beautiful as other locations may have been. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a pretty hotel with lots of warm, handsome woodwork everywhere, in the neighborhood of the train station. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and superb. I would stay there again and can highly recommend it.

The good point and the bad point are the same...location. Though it is already on the relatively quieter side of the main railway station. Nevertheless it is in a seedy neighborhood, implying a high price for the area. Concierge service needs some better communication as we were not informed of cancellation of a local tour we booked.

Great location - right across the street from the train station. Just a 15 minute walk to old town. Very large bathroom - immaculate! Delicious breakfast buffet that was included.

Could not be more convenient if arriving by train or leaving for the airport - station opposite and airport bus service also. Ask for a quiet room, however, as I did because the street outside (opposite station) is very busy. I only stayed one night but I could see that there were plenty of restaurants (including the hotel restaurant) near and a large department store two minutes away. Very highly recommended.

The absolute professionalism of the staff. Room was very comfortable. Took a minute to figure out the air conditioner though, you have to make sure the red light is on!

The Hotel, breakfast and locality was excellent. I do not have to worry about my transfers as i can walk opposite to the LUTHANSA bus and go straight to the airport. Shopping was around the corner and i can choose to come back to rest and go for the second round. The hop in and hop off tours were also 5 mins away. I recommend to all who wants to enjoy a city stay where you can get lots of food and shopping and even travel out at your own convenience. I always choose a hotel that is central when i travel it makes a world of difference. Thank you for your good service render as an agent itself.

Very good quality Hotel at a reasonable price, considering located close to the centre of Munich within walking distance of the Christmas market. Excellent transport connections immediately outside the main railway station and by the airport bus terminal.

Among the best non-luxury hotels in Munich. I would highly recommend this for a short stay. It is right next to the train station, and I did not experience any problems with street noise. The attached restaurant was a nice touch. I was very satisfied with my stay.
