my room had no window which was a bit of a shocker. the blankets didnt even have covers which was disgusting. they weren't supplied even after i asked for them. hot water didnt work. the staff (except for reception) tries hard but it's not enough. i spent about 45 bucks/night which is A LOT of money in india and i think i could have expected a lot more for this.
