The Petrovka Loft Hotel - Moscow

Great location. Employees provided excellent support. No breakfast offered (grocery available 50 meters). Share bathrooms and showers. Located on last floor (inconvenient for heavy luggages). No window. Safe. Located 200 m from Bolchoi theater. Ok for room price.

Check when book the window presence in your room:) 1-4 and 6-10 room's numbers are with windows, 5 and 11 are without. When rain could electricity and wet ceiling problems appear in some rooms (2nd) - I've expirienced:) Inspite problems I've met hotel staff was very attentive and welcoming. They helped to resolve all of them:) Speed of Internet is comfortably high (54 Mbit/sec or 6.75 Mb/sec to download).

We stayed at Petrovka for 4 nights during our vacation trip to Russia. The location is excellent even if the first time might be difficult to find. The rooms and common areas are very clean and quiet, even if not very spacious. The only inconvenient we found is the difficulties we had with the staff to communicate, English is pretty poor. If you are looking for a hotel for a touristic and budget stay in Moskow this might be a good option.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, but the room is too small, breackfast is so small as room, and very poor one. You have to take it at your room, there is not restaurant, without a table to sit it. The registracion services is very slow and bad, and you have to pay it, not as another hotels at Russia.

Hello, I stayed at The Petrovka Loft for 3 night at the end of July and I've been given a twin room as asked but WITHOUT WINDOW!!! I noticed during my stay that in their website there is the option windows/no windows but it doesn't appear to be any informations in any other website! Shocking! I've neve heard of anybody ever renting rooms without windows! Even better I've been told that there was no breakfast included in the price, I showed my booking receipt from Venere with clearly written on it BREAKFAST INCLUDED but the receiptionist just said to me SORRY, THERE IS NO BREAKFAST FOR WHOEVER BOOKED THROUGH VENERE! Oh, and there was no safe in the room either... A part of all the LIES I read in the website I have to say that the location is very convenient and that the cleaning lady does a good job! You should check the informations these people are passing to you cause it looks to me they are trying to use your website to get customers promising facilities they don't really have!
