Very good hotel (clean room and big breakfast) but the information service offered is very poor (they couldn' give me information about trains and buses going around Moscow and they offered taxi with a very high price.

Muy buena la atención y excelentes acomodaciones. El personal habla inglés. El desayuno como en otros hoteles rusos, sencillamente espectacular ya que la variedad de comidas en amplia. En el complejo hotelero, existen pequeños locales comerciales que pueden sacar de apuro a cualquier persona. Incluso hay una pequeña farmacia. Cuenta con oficinas turísticas al costado de la recepción donde podrán obtener cualquier información y contratar tour si así lo desean. También cuenta con cajeros automáticos. Está muy cerca de la estación del metro Partizanskaya de la línea 3. También cerca de allí hay un centro comercial y un lugar donde existen una gran cantidad de locales comerciales donde se pueden comprar souvenir. Además algo muy útil y un servicio gratuito que entrega el hotel. En cada piso existe una pieza donde podrán encontrar una plancha y dispensador de agua para beber.

The business room is simple yet clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is enormous (2000 rooms) and is situated in a not-so-exclusive neighborhood, surrounded by similar hotels and the Izmaylovo market. However, the metro station is 3 minutes on foot so any part of the city can be reached easily. The breakfast is gargantuan with dishes like chicken liver, beans or strawberry pancakes. Yes, for breakfast. One can survive for weeks after a good breakfast at Izmaylovo. It sure worths the price. On the other hand, the buffet dinner offered at the hotel is poor, also the selection and the quantity. The hotel offers many services (spa complex, fitness center, internet café etc.) which I have not tried.

I stayed at hotel for 4 nights with my colleagues. I had meals at the restaurants in hotel many times. Meals are very delicious and women's employees are so kind. I enjoyed hotel life and I took very delight in a big bath-tub. If I will have a chance of visiting Moscow, I will book Hotel Izmailovo Gamma-Delta. Thank you very much for your cooperations.

I stayed in Moscow for 7 days totally, such as 2 days(1/24-25)and 5 days(1/29-2/2). No, this is first trip to Moscow. However I have been in Vladivostok and Xabarovsk of Fareastern Russia approx. 10 times. By the way, according to your informations, you said me "I will be able to pay room charge in Hotel". But,I couldn't pay it. But it is no problem. I will order Hotel reservations Next time.

We reserved this hotel because it was the only thing available on line. We were very disappointed, however, when we learned that we paid much more than regular rates because we booked through Venere - that included breakfast which we were not able to eat because we had a 7:00 AM flight. But we couldn't get out of it or get refunded. Also the accomodations were not as described or expeceted for two adults and a 10 year old girl. We actually needed two rooms - a double and a single. We will probably stay at Ismailova complex again, but I doubt we will book through Venere again.

- there was a problem on our booking, we did'nt understand why. But we had to change our room after one night and without help and in bad conditions. Despite of this problem, the rest of our stay was quiet and nice. - unfortunately, it was christmas holidays and the hotel was full of children quite noisy and playing in the corridors. - The hotel is well located even if it is not in the centre : it is only 15 minutes from the red square by metro and very easy to do

Very good the breakfast (different meals), the personal of the services (reservations of train ) very helpful and very kind. The hotel is near of the metro (3 blocks more o less).

Breakfast really good, underground just 3 minutes walking from the hotel. I was at floor 27th and the view was so nice!

We couldn't find a better value hotel in Moscow; although our stay didn't quite go flawlessly. they only had record of a 3-night stay for us despite us booking 4 nights (and had only charged us for 3), which we only found out when we were locked out of our room, so on our last day we had to spend an hour at reception as they booked us another night. The metro station nearby (Partizanskaya) has recently changed its name and older guide books may make you get off at the wrong stop, as we did.

I had a problem when I arrived to the hotel. There were not rooms first class category as I booked. Manager of servise company suggested me to take business class room (lower level). I agreed but was not satisfied

It has been very difficult to obtain invitation letters from the hotel, I think mainly because employees do not understand english language. Moreover, the welcoming and the service are very poor and the employees are really unpleasant.

Language and service is a major problem at this hotel. It's like staying in a communist time capsule where every member of staff has an authoritarian attitude. To be fair the only 'friendly' person we spoke to was the lady at the tour desk who needs to intercept you before you check in. The hotel also has some great shopping and restaurants in the foyer and you can't complain when it virtually sits next door to a metro station. And since we had a 'First Class' double room, the room itself was nice, modern, cosy and closed off by key entry from the lift lobby. Although attention to details would be more important here (and not meaning to sound snobby) eg. our names in the room, chocolates and not sweets, quality bathroom amenities and one king duvet and not 2 kids duvets.....overall I recommend this hotel for the First Class room, but avoid the staff at all costs since they are some of the most miserable on the planet! ...not that the management care about that fact anyway...

5 mm walk to the nearest underground station only, 2 hours drive to the international airport on rush hours and about 1 hour when traffic is not hard. Clean hotel, good service. You have to pay your full stay on arrival.
