Re the service one small but not nice thing: there was a NESPRESSO machine in the room, but they wanted 4 CHF for each capsula. This is not appropriate if you pay 600 CHF per night for a room.

The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
