Hotel is right around the corner from the railway station and a short walk to the boat harbor. Moderate noise from street and rail traffic. Staff generally available and helpful.

There was a major problem: I did not realize when booking that the shower and toilet were NOT EVEN ON THE SAME FLOOR. The site said "toilet and shower on the floor". I was put into a room on the 4th floor, and the showers were on the 5th, and the toilets on the 3rd and 5th. No one was at the front desk when I came back from a wedding, and I took 15 minutes to find the toilet! I would never stay at this hotel again. It was also horrible in the morning, trying to find the one shower (which was labelled "toilet"). For this price, which wasn't that low, this was unacceptable. The place was neat and clean, and the breakfast was good, but the experience was awful and stressful.

I travelled with my son and my cousin.perfect location.even if it was nearby the railway station we were not disturbed by trains. nice swimming pool (free) and sauna. only the breakfast was poorly fournished and employees not motivated.

The hotel looks very poor. It is evidently overrated. The only advantage is its location- very close to the railway station, which is, at the same time its main disadvantage due to constant noise. The breakfast however was quite good.

We were only staying overnight on our way from Paris to Florence. We arrived by train and it was just so convenient to find the hotel next door to the station! The staff were very helpful and gave us information to make the most of our evening and short journey to Montreaux station next day.
