Quite good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. But (!) there was renewal of the facade at the time of my visit and to get inside the hotel you should go through construction staging - that's not you'd expect when visit one of the most beautiful cities of Switzerland.

On arriving outside the Hotel we were intially disappointed as the building is not very inspiring and is tucked away down a side street. However once we were inside we were very impressed by the cleanliness, decor and general appearance of all the public areas and our room. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is well placed for the train station (10 mins walk),the bus stop (4 mins) and the lakeside promenade.

Overall not a bad hotel, clean and friendly staff, rooms with very nice decor. The only thing that was not accurate on the Hotel description was its proximity from the train station, it was quite a long walk to get to the hotel. I timed about 15-20 mins with luggage to the train station on my return and 10 mins seems to be pretty impossible unless if you're walking very briskly. Other than its location, this hotel is very nice.
