I find the room reasonable clean especially the carpet ( wall to wall) is simple but good quality and clean. It is on the big street, but quite. which make it easy to go anywhere. The kitchenette is also quite comfortable, bathroom is clean and towels are also comfortable. I am satisfied staying there.

Very large rooms with kitchen is a pleasant solution for families with youg childrens. Hotel is well situated in the city of Montreal, between old city and business end shopping center. Furniture si relatively old but clean. My regret: very few services provided by the hotel itself (no breakfast) and a swimming pool out of order. Noisy rooms (street, air conditionning, car dealer across the street...)

hotel is good - in the city center, within walking distance to the main interesting points. i had two rooms for my convenience and a kitchen with all necessary equipments - very good ! the furniture was not new and the shelf in the bathroom was broben. however i enjoed my stay. advice : change your money ( USD,EUR etc ) somewhere at the city offices, not at the hotel reception. the rate in hotel is very bad and you risk to lose a lot of money.

Amazing deal -- booking last-minute, my wife and I got a studio apartment with kitchen and panoramic view of the city from huge windows, for C$100 a night. (Please be aware the price quoted, C$85 per night, did not include tax). This was a great place to stay and amazing value for the money. There was no working shower, only bath, but still amazing value. Note: we asked for a 7:00 wakeup call and there was no call, but there are alarm clocks in the rooms so we woke up anyway. Please be aware, we went to the airport with Aerobus, and the hotel staff told us that for a 9:30 flight, it would be fine if we had the shuttle pick us up at 7:30. This is not true. We missed our flight by a long time because of traffic jams and a delayed shuttle, which made for a horrible day. So to get from downtown Montreal to the airport on a Monday morning, you should plan to leave at least 4 hours ahead of flight departure time. Otherwise this was a great stay and we would completely recommend staying here!

By car
From Québec: take the 20 Ouest highway to Montreal and take the exit no. 90. You are now on the 132 Ouest highway heading for Laprairie/États-Unis, follow signs indicating Pont Champlain. Take the Montréal-Centre-Ville exit no. 58. You are now on Autoroute Bonaventure (10 Est) which changes name into rue University. On rue University street turn right onto boulevard René-Lévesque, the hotel lies at the crossroad between René-Lévesque and De Bleury streets.
From New York: take the I-87 highway. Then follow signs indicating Autoroute 15 Nord/Autoroute 20 Ouest towards Montreal. Follow the signs for Pont Champlain and take the Montréal-Centre-Ville exit no. 58. You are now on Autoroute Bonaventure (10 Est) which changes name to rue University. On rue University street turn right onto boulevard René-Lévesque, the hotel is at the crossroad between René-Lévesque and De Bleury streets.
