I stayed for 7 nights and my primary priority was to have a decent hotel close to where our offices are located. The temperature varied between 5C and -25C, and I was happy that the temperature control worked well. Breakfast is available in a very cozy room, almost as if being in a living room. Limited, but sufficient selection of breakfast options. Good opening hours. Surprisingly, there is a small fitness room and a sauna, but I really recommend walking up to the Royal Park. Fantastic area for walking, running, skiing, sledding, etc, etc, and great views. It took me 15 minutes to walk to the lower section of the park. I would have liked access to tea and coffee in the evenings, not just the drip coffee in my room. Also, when someone moved in next door, I heard them quite well (talking, using shower). All in all, a very good stay.

A M A Z I N G & E L E G A N T Hotel. It was such a great experience, perfect location, elegant decor, beautiful rooms, very nice breakfast, great service with a SMILE .. What else you can ask for? Chateau Versailles will be the reason to drive all the way from Toronto and come visit Montreal more often. Thank you everyone. Cheers !!!

This is a boutique hotel, small and personal (in an old row house) but full-service. Everyone on staff is comfortably bilingual (Eng-Fr). Location is great -- in museum and art gallery row, 2 blocks from Metro station, comfortable 10-min walk to Ave. Renée Léveque where the airport express bus (#747) stops. I consider it a bargain to stay in such a hotel, inner-city, for $100/night single. Only downside, which might affect few travelers, is walk-up to upper floors.
