Bedsheets have holes from cigarette, pillows had a stains.

I got a call at 11 am before my checkout at 12 pm saying that I need to check out at noon and I thought it was very rude. I know that I need to check out then I don't need a reminder.

An inexpensive option in a great neighborhood. You're just two blocks from the Latin Quarter on St. Denis and 2 blocks in the other direction from Sherbrooke (a major road that can take you to the St. Joseph's Oratory, the Biodome, or out of town to Quebec City). We took a walk to the Old City (through Chinatown first) one night, too. We had no trouble getting there or back onto the highway, as the entrance/exit is quite close to the hotel. The staffers were nice and helpful, and all spoke English (some better than others ;). The room was clean and well-kept for us during our stay. The lobby is nothing special, but who cares. Very simple breakfast included in the morning (juice box, croissant/bread/cereal, bananas, etc) - but hey, it's free. If you want a nice b'fast place, go to Juliette & Chocolat on St. Denis. :) The famous Restaurant de Pied au Cochon is walking distance up the street too- a must if it's in your price range. Overall, if you're looking for a decent room at a cheap price in a great neighborhood, you can't go wrong with this place. We stayed here twice in one week (before and after Quebec City)!

The first night was like sleeping in an ashtray. It was horrible and that isn't dramatic enough. I thought I was getting lung cancer sleeping in that room and there was no window to open. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely not stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay, excellent location, wonderful staff, clean room, good breakfast.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my girlfriend (visiting Montreal for the first time) and we had a blast. Our visit was at the end of October and for the price, we couldn't have asked for more. We had a simple room, friendly service & it's all we really needed. One gentleman that works there really made our visit a memorable one. His name was Waled, he was just so friendly and answered all our questions! The only thing you should know is that the internet service in this building is in the front lobby. Not in the actual rooms. And there are no elevators, so watch those heavy suitcases. Everything is within walking distance of this hotel and the metro stations are nearby. PS> Bring some marshmellows, they offer free hot chocolate!!

Very nice, My wife and I were impressed with location, cleanliness and service. Nice patio for breakfast.

Little rooms, bad breakfast, no room for the breakfast you need take-it in the entrance of the hotel, it was my first and last time here. In this hotel it's possible rent for 1,2 or 3 hour the room, you need explications?
