The comunication from the hotel to the center city is awful. The hotel is good, but the neighborhood is not. Is not good for young people because of the location and the difficult to make friends there. The internet is very bad...

Un hotel qui ne mérite pas son nom. Nous voyageons très souvent et avons l'opportunité de "tester" de nombreux établissements en France et à l'étranger. L'hotel Star par son insalubrité est en deçà des pires hotels.

Chambre double pour un couple manque 1 robinet sur l'evier couvre lit sale piteux etat general de la chambre pas de serviette de toilette pas de papier PQ Apres doleances aupres du manager, il nous offre une autre chambre.. aussi sale , mais avec robinet.. Petit dejeuner correct Attention le MAP designe le Star hotel de Marseille !! et non celui de Montpellier

The hotel staff was OK. We thought the hotel was nearer Montpellier and further from such a noisy main road.And the sourronding area seemed greener in photos than it really was. The room looked not clean because of the old moquette-floor. It needed some repairs (the courtains, f. ex.) And the bed: two ridiculous pillows and like a black hole in the middle, where we both finished every night. Sorry, but we didn't like this hotel too much!!

Actually, French Hotels are usually much more expensive than Spanish or Italian ones, regarding the size of rooms and the prices, but the breakfast was really well worth the price and the hotel was generally nice for an overnight stay. Staff was excellent and spoke English very well. (a male receptionist)

a complete disaster. The worst room i have stayed by quite a margin. To start with, an absolute nightmare to find, and it was situauted in industrial zone off motorways. Many bathroom fittings broken and the bathroom door handle kept falling off. The tv didnt work well, except for the porn channel, and the room reeked of cigarettes. think long and hard before booking this

Ok for an overnight stay. Take care with directions & you will find it otherwise you will need a helpful Gendarme as we did to find Stars!
