Was adequate. More of a business style hotel off the main highway. The staff was very nice but couldn't help us with some stuff because they were handling a large business group. i was expecting a more scenic spot from descriptions.

We neded accomodation for the rugby world cup. The hotel was close to the tram terminus. The lady who worked at the weekend was extremely helpful and gave us very good advice. The breakfast was very basic. The cleaner left old coke bottles in our room, but this was quickly sorted by the very helpful weekend manager.

Hotel not suitable for long stays. Price/quality restaurant not correct. Room decrepit on second floor and no elevator. Staff restaurant incompetent.

All of the 41 rooms are comfortable and soundproof, each equipped with colour TV with Canal+, telephone, heating, individually controlled air conditioning and Wi-Fi Internet connection.Additional beds and baby cots are available on request. Two rooms are specially equipped to host disabled guests.
