Very disappointed with the hotel. I'm not a very demanding customer, but this was one of my worst hotel experiences ever. The hotel itself was in poor condition and the room was very dirty-when I arrived the towels were not folded-as if they had never been washed after the previous customer and one even appeared to have a blood stain. The hotel was extremely noisy-I could hear the TV blaring and people talking in the room next door. It also didn't seem very safe. I ended up carrying a huge bag with my valuables around the whole day when I was sightseeing b/c I wasn't comfortable leaving them in the hotel. The hotel was quite shady. On a positive note, the location was perfect-Right next to the train station and the city center.

It was nice and quiet when we stayed but it was a Sunday night and there is a discotech across the road so maybe it will be noisy on a different night of the week. Really close to the railway station and its not far to walk to see some of the tourist attractions.

I was very satisfied with this hotel especially because of its location (5 min from the centre). Also the staff was very kind and helpfull. Little disadvantage was small and a little bit poorly furnished room, but clean.

It has benn a very shocking experience! The hotel was absolutely unconfortable, dirty, bad smelling, old and broken furnitures.

Avoid! Flea pit of a hotel. Didn't have record of our reservation until I produced it. Doing renovations. Live power lines hangin in hallway. Power went off 5 or 6 times with no warning plunging us into darkness. Reception not manned. Locked in and in completed darkness in the morning. Had to unlock door to let ourselves out. 1 star hotel at best.

I found the quality of the hotel very poor as we were in a noisy room and we had to share a communal toilet with other rooms which had a dead bug there that wasnt removed for the length of our stay, which caused me to question the cleaniness of the toilet.I will never EVER go back there and hope nobody has to go through that again. the only thing going for it, is it is very central.

Es un poco cutre y necesita un reforma urgente de los lavabos de las habitaciones. De todas maneras era el hotel más barato de Montpellier y la zona es ideal.

The only redeeming features about this hotel is its close proximity to the the rail station and the sheets were changed daily. It is a dark dingy grubby mouldy flea pit that really has passed its use by date.

The room was clean though in need of decoration. The hotel overall is OK, but not suitable if you anticipate spending a lot of time in the room or for a long stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was noisy. Possibly slighty expensive for the quality. Convenient for the station, tram and centre of town.

Yes it was cheap but the rooms smelt like a toilet. Stairs were nice.

The process of making a reservation on the web was excellent and all details offered were in fact delivered. I found the reception staff to be very helpful and despite not having a command of the English language, were very willy to try an communicate effectively. I will reccomend this hotel to other short stay visitors to Montpellier.

The room we stayed in (no. 12) was very dirty and run down, part of the carpet was moist and would not dry until we left the other day. The window goes out to quite a busy street, so it was a rather noisy night. I'm surprised that in Western Europe places like this still exist. Though reasonably cheap, I could not recommend this hotel for more than a one night stay.

This room was the filthiest place I have ever stayed- there were actually hairs and ashes in the bedsheets, and the worst stench you can imagine. There were also cigarette burns in the sheets and carpet. The management and booking company should be ashamed. Even hostels manage to change the bedsheets.

The hotel is simple, but the staff are friendly. While the room was very spacious, the bathroom was very tiny.

This family run hotel is very pleasant and convenient. Although the furnishings are a little careworn, the room was very clean. Our room looked out onto a busy street, but the double-glazed windows kept it nice and quiet (although it would have been a different story with the windows open). The staff was extremely helpful.

We had a really good time there even though it was far too short. If we ever come back to Montpellier, I'm sure we'll live in the same hotel again.

Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Hotel conveniently situated in middle of most attractive and lively town. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and would recommend this hotel.

There was no discription on the webpage about the breakfast and I had to pay for the breakfast and the unexpected tax at the time of check-out. The information should be more informative about the price we have to pay, serveces, facilities, and the size of the room.
