it is not acceptable that : 1- no body was available at the recept ; i wait for more than a quarter of an hour before seeing any body of the hotel, and nearly 30 minutes before having the competent person for the registration (i was comming at the hour specified on my registration vovher) 2/ that the recept officer says " the restaurant is full" while 3 tables were available. 3/ a poor breakfast the rooms were OK

Lovely Hotel in a small town, ideal for an onroute stop over also for a longer stay if you like the peace and quiet. Very quiet, very relaxing,good food, staff obliging.P.S.there is a lovely Roman Baths with spa just a short walk down the road.
