Hotel I Due Cigni - Sant'Albino, Montepulciano

Great surrounding and comfortable room with a tasty restaurant nearby. The most impressive thing is the nice lovely staff who gave me lots of suggestion about my trip in Tuscany, that I had a wonderful stay and great time there. I'll come back soon!

We were eight guess at this Hotel, we had reserved 4 rooms and all of us were greatly satisfied. The owner and her son were helpfull in every aspect. I recommend this hotel and would return without hesitation.

Simonetta & her son made us feel at home from the moment we parked at the hotel. They would accommodate all our requests at once always with a friendly smile. We had an excellent time and all their dinner recommendations were above expectations.

We were there 2 years ago and this year for 3 nights. The sevice level is outstanding the breakfat the best of all. the staff is friendly and accomodating. I wouldn't hesitate to reommend them to anyone

Family run establishment, recently renovated, clean rooms, simple modern furnishings, with adequate breakfast. Good value in a small town.

Hotel not located in a hill town, but nearby. Inexpensive, clean, modern, nice location to use as a base for seeing Tuscany, but no view. Not a romantic location. Very nice restaurant located just next door. The hill towns can be tough to negotiate, park, etc, so this was a good choice to use just as a base to see the area.

A very friendly welcome remained friendly all through our stay. A fine and pleasant atmosphere is created by the family Nizzi. Good breakfast buffet and dinner are available as well. First class information on the whole district proved very helpful. We fully support your information and advise all who want to visit this area to book this fine hotel. Me and my wife stayed at I Due Cigni three nights with out 1,5 year old son. The room was excelent. Very friendly staff that gave the best service.

I Due Cigni was a very clean hotel. The service was great and they were very kind! It was off season so the hotel was quiet. I will suggest it to my friends that visit that area. It's not high-end but very comfortable.

At first when I discovered the hotel was outside of Montepulciano, I was disappointed. But this was the best hotel/value I had on my two month trip. Parking was easy, the hotel was recently renovated and the family running the hotel were very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was also the best of the trip. The place is immaculate and the rooms are wonderful.

Very helpful owner and her son. The breakfast was very pleasant and the service was excellent. Rooms are very basic, but serves the purpose. A good place for a couple of nights in the area.

Fantastic rooms, excellent decor, fantastic bathrooms. Easily found. Location is residential, but dont let this put you off. You are around 15 mins from Montepulciano, quiet town when I was there, but really nice place to relax and explore the area. Staff were brilliant, My Italian is not so good but the staff coped with me very very well. All in all the Hotel I Due Cigni is fantastic.

A note should be made that people visiting Montepulciano without a car, need to take the public bus back and forth and it only runs every 40 minutes or so and stops running aroung 10 PM

Standard of finish in the room, and particularly the bathroom, was exceptionally high-as was comfort. All staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We were VERY impressed.

This is a very friendly and modern hotel. The staff speaks just enough English that we were able to get by without difficulties. The dinner we were served was excellent. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The hotel was further from Montepulciano than I thought it would be, about 3km. This was not a problem for us but a car is a must for this hotel if one is to see Montepulciano.

The location was a bit away from Montepulciano. The shower was the bathroom itself (no curtain, no shower screen, no shower plate). Impossible to take a shower and get dry normally. Employees and other services were ok.

We understood this place to be in Montepulciano, instead it's 3km.away, a nice drive along the vineyards. It's a family run operation, extremely clean and efficent. It caters to families who come every year for the various spas(terme).There are some interesting wineries in the area.
