We stayed one night in October. The air con/heating was dodgy and a cold night ensued. The rooms may look brighter in the summer but looked drab and tired in the autumn. There was a little noise from the street. An evening meal in the hotel was qouted at 20 Euro's but we gave it a miss. The breakfast buffet was reasonably good.

It seemed like the hotel was passed prime---as noted by the aggedy and stained towels. Parking was quite a hike away and finding the hotel was very difficult. To walk to main area of town was passed a cople of seedier hotels-ok since we walked as a family. Although the people were very nice, I wouldn't stay again. Hotel needs some major investments.

A nice hotel with a very nice owner. We where very impressed by the cleanliness of the room and This was a wonderful hotel, and we had a wonderful stay. The proprietor couldn't have been friendlier or more personable. The great breakfast that included prosciuto and cheese was such a nice way to start the day. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday in Montecatini I would strongly recommend this hotel. The dinner was excellent

I'll never go there again. the bed was uncomfortable small. the shower's temperature was nearly impossible to adjust. the water was flowing very very slowly. the breakfast was poor standard. there was an unbelievable difference between the internet and reality at the hotel. i suggest a quality test by the redaktion of the venere.com - site. just inspect not only the room they want to show you. the only thing which was working as expected was charging my creditcard. mark brunner

My stay was very satisfactory. In particular, I ended up eating dinner each night at the hotel and found this a very good value. The service was very hospitable. The hotel was relatively subdued (it was off-season) with a somewhat older clientele for the most part, but as a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and welcome.

A very welcoming hotel. Rooms rather plain, but public areas pleasant, and food and service good. Excellent value for money in this part of Italy

Hotel difficult to find in the middle of the old town - parking lots in the surroundings very difficult to find - room not too big - small fridge ok - very good air conditioning - shower only in the middle of the bathroom with a curtain around (everybody outside became wet on the legs) with a drain in the middle of the floor without tub - very, very soft mattrasses with a center-dip, so our backs hurt for two weeks after! - poor breakfast in the backyard: cheese and sausage products in the sun without cooling, a bucket full of apple-jelly, no eggs, orangetasting (but cold) water (should be orange juice), pretty good coffee compared to the rest - would not go there again...

It's marked there is a parking place for car. It is not marked the customer has to pay 8 Euro extra a day to use the parking. It is nearly impossimble to find a parking place in the town. Breakfast was poorly. The bread was hard to eat. Orange juice was replaced by lemonade. Hotelkeeper was not friendly.

The addition of air conditioning for the room instead of the electric fan would be a significant improvement. The breakfast was a bit basic. More variety of cereals would have been nice. Overall, a very convenient location and adequate accomodation.

This hotel don't reserve ***. The rooms are sober, the only luxury is the Airco. Bathrooms small and old. A positive point: the diner was good. We left two days earlier as planned.
