Hotel Montebello - Montecatini Terme

Our second totally happy stay at this excellently run hotel.My wife and I would not hesitate to return again.Very well looked after by attentive staff who clearly care about the service they provide.No hesitation from us in recommending the Montebello for a stay whether it be short or long

Great experience at the Montebello. The management and staff were extremely friendly. We were two couples and had two newly refurbished rooms. Top marks all round.

I stayed in hotel for 6 days and haven't regretted about it. Fine location, close to the SPA, station and down town. The room was quite small, but convenient, with fully equipped bathroom. There was a little traffic noise. Excellent cuisine. The hotel staff is very friendly. Very nice hotel offering excellent value for money.

From the first time we arrived at Montebello we was meeting the staff in a very friendly and familiar welcome. The hotel was very cleaned, and our rooms was cleaned every day. The owner of the hotel was a very good local guide for trips near and far, and helped with everything from train tickets to the short description, fantastic helpful. In fact, we cannot praise the staff enough, we felt that they were always there for us. The food was extraordinarily good, so we would definitely recommend this hotel for the food. The hotel has a good closed parking place and fine and functionally aircon at the room, something we as danes were extra happy for. We as family enjoyed the 6 days we stayed at the hotel.

There is not much english spoken but one of the waitress and the owners son speaks good english. The meals at the hotel are excellent. Drinks at the bar are very good and the newly appointed garden is nice. If the hotel used the other bar nearer to the garden at night would have more guest drinking there.

Good value! Very nice and spacious room. Good breakfast. Within walking distance of station. Pleasant atmosphere.

We stayed for 4 nights in Monticatini Terme. it was hot and humid when we stayed in late May 2007. Shops are expensive mostly designer ranges. Resaurants good. We found it noisy at night.The reason being 2 prostitutes worked outside our window every night from about 12.00p.m 05.00a.m not good for the hotel. But the hotel food and hospitality was very good.

The service was fantastic. The food excellent. They also provide dinner if you like. This is a family run hotel and they are wonderful. It is in a great location easy walking distant to the spa's and down town. This is a place to go to for relaxing and healthing.

Hotel Montebello is a lovely family run hotel with the most friendly staff we have ever met, always willing to help. The evening meals are out of this world, very high quality food cooked to perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

Nice place

Hotel Montebello was a great accomodation for us, we only had to stay one night for a congress in Montecatini and the hotel had everything we needed: it was clean, quiet, and the employees were really kind. I would not recommend it for a long staying though,because the bathroom was quite small and the shower only a hole in the floor with a tiny curtain around. For what we payed I am perfectly happy anyway.

Good facility in a good location. Very nice town. Parking accross the street extra. We will stay in Montecatini Alta next time, a delightful little town above the valley with great views.

THE WELCOME ,HOSPITALITY AND FOOD EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS.

For me and my wife was this the first stop in our trip to visit Toscane. Hotel Montebello is excellent to visit Montecatini Terme and a part of Toscane. All the other visitors were older than us but it was no problem, it was nice to stay among them. Thanks to the owners of Hotel Montebello, they helped us when it was asked and they gave us nice tips to travel through Toscane.
