This hotel was wonderful, the staff were so welcoming and helpful and I would highly recommend it. The food was also delicious! The party I went with were of mixed ages but we all agreed it was excellent. They couldn't do more for you. The location of the hotel is also perfect for exploring the rest of Tuscany and it is also within walking distance of the town centre. No complaints at all!

Hotel was lovely, but lacked atmosphere. Lighting non existant (not like photos) Night porter/barman - rude, not very friendly. Rest of staff excellent. AC wasn't working for 1st couple of days, then when it did - was switched off automatically during the night - very noisy and not very efficient. Stayed 7 nights
