Hotel Giglio - Montecatini Terme

We enjoyed our stay. Staff are generally friendly and breakfasts were very good. Hotel guests are mainly elderly people who spend time at the various 'terme' baths for therapy etc. Our room was clean and satisfactory, however the original room we turned down because of stale tobacco smoke smell and likewise another room with strong odours from the carpet. Lady at reception was most efficient and gracious in finding yet another room and that one was most satsfactory ! Car park was not far away and secure.

Hotel Giglio is an excellent place to stay in Montecatini Terme. Hotel is near train station and the room and bath were nice and clean. It was not easy to find a proper place to eat in this town and I would recommend hotel`s restarant as food and service were perfect there.

The hotel was as expected, the room we had was adequately spacious, airy and well-lit. The breakfast on offer was ample and good, yet a bit boring because the same fare was always on offer. The staff were welcoming at first, then gradually turned cold for some unexplained reason. All in all an enjoyable stay, and though I would not return to stay there, I would heartly recommend it to others.

A delightful hotel centrally situated in the town. Has its own parking on two sites, but due to Montecatine Terme's one way system, can be difficult to locate. Rooms were clean, good value for money and the staff helpfull and frendly.

Excellent well managed hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and lots of it! Conveniently located in the town centre with its own private small car park. Good value for money, exceeded expectation in every way. We would not hesitate to stay here again when in Montecatini Terme.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Giglio. The maid service was excellent. They were at our room every night to turn down the beds. The staff were all very helpful. It would be good if better directions were given to the hotel as all the one way streets made it difficult to get to it.

Le camere sono anguste e assolutamente improponibili. Il sito web mostra solo gli spazi comuni, che sono accettabili, e si è portati ad aspettarsi la stessa qualità nelle stanze. Il mio primo istinto, una volta vista la camera, è stato quello di andarmene.
