My wife and I stayed for two nights at Corallo. We were very pleased with the treatment we had, especially the two gentlemen on reception, who were very helpful. The hotel is first class. The surroundings are great. We have only one minor complaint. The car parking adjacent to the hotel is very limited. However, we were directed to use a nearby car park (about 40 metres away) for just 5 euros per day. Well done, Corallo!!

Rooms could be better cleaned. All the structure would require a modernization, but the room and bathroom are spacious. Car parking is shared with other hotels in the area, it's very comfortable and well kept.

An excellent stay in a lovely family-run hotel. Very clean with friendly staff and a small (unheated), but very pleasant swimming pool on the roof. We had the family suite with double and twin rooms and bathroom on the Happy Families offer. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment. The hotel is in a convenient location for Florence, Pisa, Lucca and only a short walk from the railway station. The town itself is a smart, genteel spa town with a number of restaurants and a little market open every day (5 minutes from Hotel Corallo). I would recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located - easy to walk everywhere, and close to funicular and spa. Breakfast on the pool deck was pleasant, and great to have a pool. A very nice hotel.

Very well located near the thermal baths, market area and the main streets. The rooftop pool with adjoining bar is a great bonus on a hot day. Some might find the room decor a bit 70s but we quite liked it and it was clean and tidy, and they provided a mini suite with separate room for our son for not much more than a twin room. The staff were very polite and helpful, and provided free parking at the hotel. Good choice at the breakfast buffet and beautifully decorated in the downstairs public areas. We needed a couple of days stopover reasonably close to Pisa and chose this town and hotel more or less at random, and it was a lucky find.

The hotel was great. It was close enough to the public beach to walk, but there is no view from the hotel (unless you count trees). The breakfast was good and people were nice. The only negative was the air conditioning. It barely worked and my clothes dried better outside than inside due to the humidity.

The location of this hotel was great and close to all amenities of the town. it's a lovely town to walk around and plenty of ice cream choices for the children. I found was conscious of the children playing in the pool if there were other guests around as it was quite a small area and the pool was deep. Breakfast was sufficient with choice of cereal, yoghurts, fruit (not great), juices and bread. We did not eat there as it was a set dinner menu with nothing for children. There are bouncy castle, go karts very near for the children too. The kids enjoyed getting the train to the old town (10min walk from hotel) and defintiely worth a visit

Montecatini Terme is a lovely town. We stayed for 3 nights. It is very central for day trips to Pisa, Lucca and Florence. Corallo Hotel is actually nicer than it looks in photos. Restaurant food and staff were great. We had a lovely stay and would definitely consider this accommodation if we ever return.

The hotel was wonderful. But this was after having spent 3 nights in Rome in a less than average, non-air-conditioned hotel. Nontacatini Terme was lovely. From reviews read I had expected it to be shabby and a bit run-down. What I saw of it was clean and fresh and pretty.

On the internet site, we can read Free Parking and minibar: 1) We didn't find any minibar in the room ! 2) They let my vehicule on a private parking without saying me it was 9€ pro day !! Finally they accepted to not charge it on my bill. Excellent for this! Thank you.

I travelled with a friend.Montecatini is a good place for visiting the wonderfull places by train. We enjoyed our stay very much as we did it the year before. Breakfast was great. Last day, we could stay in our nice room until afternoon, because of flying in the evening. Many thanks! We´ll come back again!

The lobby is the best thing about this hotel. Rooms are pokey and the shower has a tendency to flood the bathroom. The whole place feels faded and a little uncared for but is fine considering price (around 47 euro a night for a double). Hotel apparently offer free parking but we were unable to go out one night as the car had been blocked in - I would leave car in a car park in future. This is not a particularly unpleasant hotel and it is very cheap. Breakfast is fine. Montecatini itself feels as though it was fashionable and exciting about 100 years ago - whole place is quite faded. Montecatini Alto is a nice walk from town and has good looking restaurants. Location is excellent for many towns and villages in Tuscany.

Family room/appartment was not very spacious, loud refrigerator in the small - hot - room and leaking air conditioning (no possibility for repair during the weekend)in the other one. Bathroom was ok although it could have been more clean.

We enjoyed our stay at Corallo and we'd be very happy to stay there again. We particulary enjoyed the restaurant that serves excellent food. The staff were always very frieldly, helpful and welcoming providing itinerary suggestion, booking golf with 60 of discount, etc . The room was large, well furnished and clean. We have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel Corallo to anyone visiting this area of Tuscany.

With the exception of one young woman who was delightful, the hotel staff was not American-friendly. Messages were not taken which resulted in much confusion with family who were also staying in the area. Parking is a problem. The rooms were fine.

Our first stay at the Corallo. The Hotel provides good value accomodation from a convenient location in Montecante Therme. Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly in ensuring that the rooms we were provided with fitted with our requirements travelling with young children and with respect to car parking which otherwise would have been a problem. I would wonder how the hotel copes with parking in busier periods. Only slight criticsms were the overall decor is dated and will need some renovation eventually if the hotel wishes to maintain its value. Breakfast (which is optional) was OK, but nothing too special.

This is a fantastic hotel- close to the spas, and only about a ten minute stroll from the central station. The staff is wonderful- once when I asked the desk attendant if he could change a 50 euro bill, he said that the safe didn't open until 9:00 am, so he reached into his own wallet to give me the change. Another time I asked the desk attendant if she could tell us where to buy a nail file, and she gave us one wrapped in a ribbon! The breakfast is a true feast- fresh fruit, fruit cocktail, orange juice, yoghurt, rolls, pastries, coffee cake, ham, cheese, cereal, etc. The room was beautifully decorated, and the bathroom had one of the largest showers I had ever seen in Europe. Terrycloth robes were provided too. The pool and bar/breakfast room are on the top floor and provide a great view of Montecatini Terme and Montecatini Alto. We'd definately stay here on our next visit!

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms are moderate in size but very comfortable and the AC works. THe bathrooms are fair sized. The pool is wonderfully cool and has great views of the surrounding town and countryside. The location is great with an open air market and a huge park less than 50 yards away. We found it a great jump-off for day trips to Lucca and Pisa as well as finding charm in Monte Catini itself. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Corallo is a very nice place to stay - the staff is very friendly and welcoming and the location is very central and convenient to everything. The only real problem is food - there is quite a lot of it served at meals, but the quality is rather poor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Corallo. This family-owned & operated hotel is pleasantly non-cookie cutter in both its decoration and service. The public areas and room decorations can be a little tired, but clean, clean, clean and welcoming. The staff is eager to accomodate every request. Breakfast is more than adequate, if not lush. Dinner's are wonderful. Our family enjoyed the town, easy access to the train, the roof-top pool and the complimentary bikes. Be sure to take advantage of their minivan pick-up service at the train station! The best value for the money in our 3 weeks across Europe. We plan to return again and again!

Great central location although took a little while to find, it may be worthiwile to include directions on the web page! Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and welcoming - could not do enough for you! and the price quoted was the price paid - no hidden extras!! Would definately use the hotel and Venere.com booking service again.
